Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Fresno

Placed an order on a cake on 12/21 to be picked up on Christmas Eve 12/24 at 3:45 pm for my dads birthday that day. I received a confirmation on my order when it was placed but never got any other sort of updates regarding my order on the day of pick up which I thought was really weird but didn’t make a big deal out of. Finally, at 3:49 pm I decide to call the store and ask if by any chance my order was ready to be picked up yet (again, have not received any call or email yet) only to be told it was indeed ready but the store would be closing for the day at 4:00 pm. I literally had less than TEN minutes to stop what I was doing grab, my keys, and rush to the store!!! If I would have not went out of my way to call for an update, they would’ve closed for the day and not even care to warn me about closing early. I didn’t spend $20 on a cake I spent $80!!! This staff has amazing customer service. I placed an online order for two dozen mini bundt cakes. I scheduled them for the next day but plans changed so I called and they were able to reschedule one dozen for the following Monday. When I went in to pick up my first dozen, they accidentally made me two dozen and they let me keep it while also having one dozen for Monday still. They were kind through this whole process and were really attentive. The quality of the cakes are great too! I can't recommend...

I have bought the mini cakes before and those were delicious!!! This time around, I said buy the big ones! No big deal right since they were amazing!…. I ended up getting 4 different ones, all different flavors and man oh man, what a disappointment… They were literally all dry. ALL 4 of them were just DRY!! I couldn’t believe it!
