Five Stars!!! The Tom Kha Coconut Soup was a masterpiece. Imagine a velvety broth, infused with the perfect balance of tangy lemongrass, creamy coconut, and a subtle warmth of chili—each spoonful was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. Then came the Pad Thai, which, without exaggeration, might be the best I’ve ever had. Each noodle was coated in a sauce that was simultaneously sweet, savory, and tangy, with just the right hint of nuttiness. The texture was perfection—soft yet slightly chewy—with fresh bean sprouts adding a crisp crunch. The Fried Rice was a delightful surprise. Moist and flavorful, it was a harmonious blend of savory spices and perfectly cooked rice, each bite leaving me wanting more. And finally, the Pho. What set it apart was the purity of its ingredients. The broth was clean yet deeply flavorful, as if it had been simmering for hours with love and care. The fresh herbs and tender slices of meat elevated it to something truly special. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, as if crafted just for me, and the friendly service made the experience all the more enjoyable. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a culinary journey. If you haven’t been, go now and thank me later.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Thai Taste absolutely deserves the hype! Tucked away near Barstow and Cedar in Fresno, this semi-new spot instantly became my go-to dinner obsession after just one visit. Every single dish I tried was a knockout — bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with love and authentic Thai flair. Let’s talk about the fried chicken – golden, crispy, juicy perfection. Then the beef salad (Nam Tok) was fire: tender slices of grilled beef tossed with fresh herbs, crunchy veggies, and that signature Thai kick. And don’t get me started on the fried fish topped with their heavenly spicy green sauce — zesty, herby, bold — legit to die for! What really set the experience over the top was the service. The guy at the front was incredibly kind and attentive. He checked in often and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. This is authentic Thai food done right. Whether you’re a longtime Thai food lover or new to the cuisine, Thai Taste is a must-visit. Support this local gem before the line’s out the door — because it absolutely will be soon.

I had an incredible meal at this Thai spot! Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the quality was top-notch. The ñam tok was perfectly seasoned, rich, and full of that classic smoky, tangy kick. The seafood noodle salad was fresh and packed with vibrant flavors, balancing spice, acidity, and texture beautifully. The crispy chicken wings were golden, crunchy, and absolutely addictive. The fried fish was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender inside. But the real standout? That spicy green sauce! It was unbelievably good—bold, tangy, and the perfect complement to every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend this place if you’re craving authentic, flavorful Thai food. I couldn’t snap a photo of the food freshly made because I savagely finished it all before I took a second to remember. That’s how good it is, all I have is the evidence that I finished it.

I was initially going to get take-out, but the atmosphere when entering was very welcoming that we decided to stay. The owners were very nice and showed they really care about their customers. The service was excellent! We were immediately offered something to drink and given a background on the restaurant. Going into the food, it was very delicious, fresh, and unique! First of all, every order is made fresh, and it's worth waiting every second. We started with Fried Pork Belly and rice and combined it with their green chili sauce, all of which were delicious, I honestly couldn't get enough, it was soft and crunchy, and the green chili sauce (tangy and bit spicy) made it even better. The rice was really great too, and combined with the sauces is also really enjoyable! For the main meal, I got the Yen Ta Fo noodle soup. It's something unique that I haven't seen anywhere else, and I really enjoyed trying. The flavor was great, and everything in it was delicious, from taste to texture. It had unique flavors I really couldn't describe. Not only that, but the portion of every meal is worth the price. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and try it for themselves. Tip: I highly recommend trying the Fried Pork Belly while you wait for the meal. You...

I've come here twice now, I did get the same thing but it's because they do it right. However I do plan on going and updating with the new food. I got the crispy pork belly and sticky rice. With the red chili sauce and green sauce. Which is phenomenal. Absolutely full of flavor. The pork belly is crispy but not how they do it at alot of other Thai or thai/Lao places I've been too. Other places it's very crunchy still good but Thai Taste does it different. It's seasoned well, it has a light crisp but fresh its a slight crunch but the texture is something else. I'm not sure if it's battered but the coating tastes so good on its own. Paired with the rice and green sauce it's salty and tangy with spice kicks at the end. Absolutely my favorite thing in town right now. I went late and they were about to deep clean and they still served me which I appreciate alot! I was craving it so much I drove across town to get it. The gentlemen in the restaurant were very nice as well. Overall it's a beautiful little place. They sell homemade treats as well to take home. They serve hot and ready meals as well, however they have been sold out. Which is good sign. Thank you for the great food and...
