Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fresno

Went through drive thru. A majority of my chicken tenders were dry! They were generous with dipping sauce. Waited a long time to get to the window to receive my order but to be fair the vehicle in front of me ordered a lot of things because they gave them 2 full bags. I only saw 1 person in the restaurant so I'm guessing that they are understaffed. Service was friendly and I actually did get more than 5 chicken tenders. I am guessing that if there were more people on duty that the issues mentioned would be resolved. I do love Carl's Jr. and I am not going to blacklist them because of one or two easily resolvable glitches. I’ve gone here a few time but not anymore my food is always cold patties all hard and burnt on the edges! I worked in fast food so my standards could be a little higher cuz I know what to expect or what I should be getting but it’s like they put no love in making the food it’s never what I want it to be! I have even taken orders back to get fresh ones cuz I live like 5 minutes away there’s no way by the time I get him home my buns can get that hard patties that have been sitting there or over cooked! Need better cooks in the back and management needs to pay more attention to their food quality because its not good! They need to place better signs up for the doors. There's only one side with one door for going in & on the complete opposite of the building there's two doors for you to exit. They are extremely slow, we weren't greeted at all & the manager claims they don't give you any of the deals unless you ask for the deals when ordering. She is very rude & inappropriate for being in a work environment with customers & children being present. She definitely can't handle her job at all, she was yelling & tossing things around & acting completely unprofessional & inappropriate. Also the bathrooms need to be a lot cooler, not heated to where you get a headache from being in there for a short...
