Five-Star Review for Nathan – 2 for Starbucks!
I want to take a moment to recognize and deeply commend Nathan, the Starbucks barista who was working ALONe during my recent visit. As a former partner myself, I fully understand how physically demanding and mentally exhausting this job can be—especially when handling a long drive-thru line solo. It's disheartening to see any partner placed in that situation, but Nathan managed it with a level of professionalism and composure that deserves recognition.
Despite being the only person running the store at the time, Nathan kept things moving efficiently, maintained a positive attitude, and made sure each order was prepared with care. The lobby was closed, which helped manage flow, but it's still no easy feat to operate a store single-handedly.
I hope corporate leadership not only recognizes the incredible effort Nathan put in today but also takes action—whether that's in the form of compensation, additional staffing support, or simply listening to feedback from partners who know what this kind of shift feels like.

You need to put flags out front so that people will see the new location not just the new location across the building because believe it or not from this dream level the huge Billboard advertisement block that new open AMA now open sign. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this location today, I wanted to order an ice matcha latte with cold foam. First of all the lady didn’t ask me what size and didn’t let me talk how I wanted my drink then she messed and put pumpkin cold foam. I don’t like pumpkin cold foam and I didn’t ask for it I told her to remake because I didn’t ask for that. So I ask her to remake it, then she literally remove the top put vanilla cold foam but when I drink I could still taste the pumpkin because they didn’t remake my drink. I don’t like pumpkin but that shouldn’t be like that what if I was allergic to it? Is this what Starbucks represents?.
