First off, I must say the word roaches!!! They were everywhere!!! Please watch video below Second, I will say nighttime service is horrible . The man who works the front counter is absolutely disgustingly, rude, and just doesn’t care . The last time I was here, he was yelling at a woman in the lobby about her service dog, demanding that she provided paperwork. I waited my turn in line and then asked him where the icemaker was. He then pointed and said to me “if you’d look you find it.” I brushed him off got my ice went back to my room. This time I went into the snack area to go and get myself beverages and a candy. I walked up to the register and he told me nine dollars by then proceeded to pay with my phone like I did earlier in the day with the day staff. He gets very loud with me and tells me cash only I said I’m sorry I don’t have cash. Can you charge it to my room? He gets super mad at me and tells me, but don’t you understand that my computer doesn’t work it’s cash only lady. I walk away abruptly to my room to go and get my money come back. My snacks and drinks are now gone. My snacks were just thrown back on the shelf hastily. So I put the money on the counter walk back to the refrigerator and collect my items. He then comes out and says you’re short. I said I gave you nine dollars sir that’s what you told me. The total was he called me a liar and said that he never said that he almost doubled the price so I put back my snacks and only got the three beverages. He then told me he was going to call the police on me because I was a thief. Everything was on camera My husband came out of our room and told him not to talk to his wife that way. The man at the counter said shut up, budd or I will throw you out. My husband, I then went back into our room. I then had to step out to my vehicle and when I did my key card stopped working he stopped my key from working, so then I had to go back to the register and asked for my key card to be fixed he laughed at me the whole time None of the rudest people I’ve ever met.. I have stayed at this location because the breakfast staff and day staff is actually very nice. I can overlook the mold in the shower.(see picture below.) the floor missing tiles.(see picture below.) the way that the bathroom door will not open properly.(see video below.) but this is the first time I saw roaches. (also see video) so after being yelled at and threatened by someone who obviously hates his job and being overrun by roaches, it is safe to say I will no longer come back to this location. I highly recommend you look for a different Motel to rent as this one is not worth the price. Very disappointing because I really enjoyed having a hot tub in the room, but it is so not worth everything else. The owners of this building really need to come and check this out or corporate really needs to come check this place out. It is in desperate need of help and new staffing.

We stayed here over the Memorial Day holiday, and I have a couple of issues, but I'll start with the most important problem. One of the first things I learned in my introductory engineering class was "never have a single point of failure" - like, if a plane engine fails, you need to have another engine or at least a way to land safely, and another plane to take you the rest of the way? You can't have it be "if this part fails it's a total disaster" because sometimes stuff breaks. Well, management here doesn't seem to be familiar with that concept at all, because this is a three-story building that only has one elevator, plus they don't have any kind of 24/7 maintenance/repair service. When the elevator starts behaving erratically, the only way to move yourself or your luggage is the stairs. The elevator was behaving badly enough by Monday morning (and it wasn't actually under all that much strain even with all the check-outs) that they had to shut it down completely around 9:45am. It is now Tuesday at 11am and not only is the elevator not operating, there's been no sign of any qualified person trying to fix it. A member of the housekeeping staff was trying to figure it out yesterday but that plus the printed "out of service" signs have been the only observable efforts thus far. Which means that I, a mobility-impaired person who uses a cane, have had to sit here in the lobby while my 71-year-old cancer survivor father carries everything heavier than 5 pounds down three flights of stairs, one at a time. He has to take breaks after each one. I've climbed the stairs 3 times or so, which is legitimately dangerous for me so I'm glad my doctors don't know. Other stuff: the bathroom and appliances are adequate (the water pressure is too low throughout the building), they don't have anywhere near enough shower chairs, the blackout curtains are good, the A/C in the room works well, the bathroom on the first floor next to the elevator was randomly locked for the last couple of days and nobody noticed, the breakfast is OK but after three days you're like "why is it always little circles of egg and sausage, and only apples that are in rough shape, and the same two flavors of yogurt". Like it's fine if you're only here for a single night but you start noticing how limited it is pretty quickly. I ranked the service low because while every employee we met was professional and courteous and trying to be helpful but they're hobbled by management not fixing things or being particularly concerned about what's going on. I rated the location low because right now they're redoing the main street the hotel is on, which makes it a lot harder to get into the lot, particularly after dark. Also there are no restaurants or stores within immediate walking distance - we'd be isolated even if we didn't have to cross a construction zone. Being next to the freeway is obviously a plus.

Horrible, I will be contacting the customer support team. Original booking was a 2 queen bed ADA room. It had a tub, no portable shower chair, toilet seat was not raised and no hand held wand in shower as advertised on your website. Discussed with front desk and they said that's the only room they had that was available, but would see what he could do. He called the room phone and said he was able to get us into a more ADA accessible room. This room was a king bed with roll in shower. My brother in law, who is paralyzed from his chest down could not use the fixed shower chair in the shower. He does not have abdominal control so needs a back rest. Behind the shower seat, the hotel had mounted dispensers for shampoo, condition, body wash and on the other wall was the shower knob. Discussed our concerns with the front desk and he said he was unable to do anything further. We complained to 3 different staff about the portable shower chair that was advertised. The third person we complained to said there was a shower chair available and had it brought up, but this was on our last night of a 4 night stay. My brother in law had to go 3 days without a shower!!! We provided bed baths to the best of our ability. We were very upset to learn there had been a shower chair this entire time...Also, the second and third day of our stay the hotel did not have running hot water, we complained and they said the part was coming in and would be ready to go for 8/1/23. We showered in cold water and provided cold bed baths for 2 days. The hallway on the first floor had a foul odor, likely from the ice machine on the first floor that was dropping water into a water pan. The pool and hot tub had cloudy water and did not seem very clean. The pool and hot tub both had accessible lift chairs, but neither of them work functioning. When we asked the front desk, every single person said they had no idea about the chair or how to use them. I want a full refund!! the manager said the best he could do was to comp one night.... Worst experience of my life and worst experience for my brother in law. We have pictures and videos from the hotel.

Horrible, I will be contacting the customer support team. Original booking was a 2 queen bed ADA room. It had a tub, no portable shower chair, toilet seat was not raised and no hand held wand in shower as advertised on your website. Discussed with front desk and they said that's the only room they had that was available, but would see what he could do. My brother in law, who is paralyzed from his chest down could not use the fixed shower chair in the shower. He does not have abdominal control so needs a back rest. In response to Sarah Jameson and the owner first off the fact that you ignored all my concerns and only replied to something so false shows me your unprofessional and for a "guest" to think she knows all my business and no one was in there when I checked in tells me my rights been violated and you told "your guest" about me and not one time have you apologized how I was treated you just sided with your lying receptionist and to tell me to go read a "guest" comment because your "guideline" dont allow you to response to me rudely (same thing as saying that) is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOW to Sarah I am not married so I'm confused who this "husband" is I'm POSITIVE you were not a guess and when I checked in nobody was there it was empty so I'm confused how you know or think you know everything on what happened or what I told her and I dont live in Fresno AT ALL (she didn't ask me either) and your right I did come to Fresno for a funeral (i never told her that I was on the phone when she was checking me in) and I dont have any family member in a wheel chair nor did I ever say anything like that and once again you were not there so you wouldn't know the fact that you know about the funeral part tells me your friends with the owner/receptionist or you are them and not a guest and there was no where near 30-40 people and never was a "party" yes I did have family come over as everyone was not from Fresno so we all were visiting no one ever told me to turn down music because there wasn't music playing loud apparently us black people voices were loud but once again your a "guest" so how would you know word from word what they supposedly told me? None of my "guest" were yelling in hallways thats a lie your whole review is a lie I guess to cover up the receptionist actions the man never told me to leave first off all he did was have security stand by my door so if we were playing loud music then why didn't security knock on my door and tell me ? He just stood around my door watching me (harrassment) and to say I left and came back is another lie I walked my company out to there car and came back in to relax and sleep I'm not sure what they told you but I'm sorry it's all lies and a fist fight? Lol are you kidding me ??? We were all family there why would we fight eachother you are insane and if the police were called (which I never seen I was there the whole time and they never came talked to me if it was supposed a fight) it was probably because you guys didn't want black people there and to say "they let me stay" when did they tell me to leave ?? They just harrassed me once again who is they? I checked in alone I dont even have a boyfriend violent ? I have never been violent I'm not a rude person at all if I was so rude why did the receptionist thank me ? For being understanding when I told her I will keep our voices down and to go out your way and find my comment (and your a guest) shows the owner is trying to prove a point bad and if you think harassing a guest and complaining and following me and telling me am I deaf when ask how are we loud ? Because we were literally eating (older lady's) and the "owner pumping up your comment Is professional your insane to I said what I said that's my experience and I posted my experience because apparently the lady and the man is racist because I did nothing wrong nor did my guest and once again NOBODY WAS EVER AROUND IT WAS EMPTY and you have a whole story on another guest only time I seen someone was when I went back for the second time she wanted to charge my card the man was there and we were all laughing but I was so rude lol and still the "owner" has nothing to say about that (maybe because they don't want black people to have there breakfast) cause once again when I checked in I didn't get offered that but the gentleman did (he was white) to other future guests this just shows you you have no privacy and the receptionist/owner will talk about you to other guest save yourself trouble and go somewhere else (my room was spotless and clean btw for a party of...

Hotels are always difficult for me to review, I’ve worked for three different hotels all in different states so I know what to look for, and what goes on behind the scenes. I will do my best not to be overly critical, it’s wasn’t all bad, but there are a couple of things you should know if your considering staying here and if you actually care about reading reviews. But I’m in the hotel as I write this so everything is fresh. Ok there are a couple of major factors influencing the 3 stars, first its Fresno and if anyone is staying in Fresno and expecting high quality accommodations or service then that’s on you! That alone earned it an extra star, I mean the most you can give is 5 stars. And if the Four Seasons is 5 stars then this place is a 1 Star do you follow my logic? Ok so the bar is set lower because it’s freaking Fresno. Here’s what’s good: Bed was comfortable, room was spacious (although I was in a suite because they lied and told me only king suites were available) so the standard rooms are not necessarily spacious. The decor was semi contemporary, the shower was clean and hot, the mini fridge was clean and cold, the unseen places (behind the TV, night stand, and under the couch) were not super dirty, the iron and blow dryer worked great the fan in the bathroom worked well, there was movie channels on the TV and there were eggs (all be it powdered eggs) with breakfast. But hey I already established it’s Fresno and to be fair powdered eggs can give the appearance of eggs when people are taking pictures. Here’s what sucks: THE POOL THE CLAIM TO HAVE HAS WATER IN IT BUT IT IS NOT CLEAN OR HEATED AND THE GATE TO THE JACUZZI THEY CLAIM IS USABLE DOESN’T REALLY LET YOU IN EVEN WHEN YOU GET THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK TO TRY AND OPEN IT FOR YOU!!! That alone almost makes me give them 2 stars, I hate when hotels claim pool status then don’t really have a pool, especially when you ask them about it directly before renting a room. I digress! The door to my room (not my room itself had the faint smell of urine, so inside the room no urine smell at all opening the door to the room from the outside you smell piss for just a second then it’s gone. Also the TV didn’t really work on the tv it was universal so channels, on/off, but could not make any real adjustment (but whatever) there were light bulbs missing from two of the light fixtures, and the shower made a wet mess on the floor no matter how hard I tried to prevent it from happening. The last thing I’ll say is directed to the management, Hey management, you are losing money in your rooms not because your not overcharging we both know you definitely are. I say that because you have not trained youth front dest properly, I arrived without a reservation, then inquired about availability and cost of your rooms. I was told it would be $124.00 after tax and fees. I told the front dest clerk it was $114.00 on line and showed that it was true. Then asked it asked if they would price match, and they looked at me like I was crazy. When I explained that renting the room for $114.00 was better then renting it for $114.00 minus the 30% Expedia will take as commission. In other words losing $10 on the sale if they would price match was better then losing 30% on $114.00 but she said, “if you can find it cheaper on line then rent it online” so I did and I found the room for $74 minus 30% so your hotel lost allot of money on that one rental because your employees (and possibly you) don’t prioritize making the hotel as money as possible or making the customer satisfied. Especially because I tried to stay and extra night and had a different girl refuse to even consider the benefits of charging me less so the hotel could make more. First off, I must say the word roaches!!! They were everywhere!!! Please watch video below Second, I will say nighttime service is horrible . The man who works the front counter is absolutely disgustingly, rude, and just doesn’t care . The last time I was here, he was yelling at a woman in the lobby about her service dog, demanding that she provided paperwork. I waited my turn in line and then asked him where the icemaker was. He then pointed and said to me “if you’d look you find it.” I brushed him off got my ice went back to my room. This time I went into the snack area to go and get myself beverages and a candy. I walked up to the register and he told me nine dollars by then proceeded to pay with my phone like I did earlier in the day with the day staff. He gets very loud with me and tells me cash only I said I’m sorry I don’t have cash. Can you charge it to my room? He gets super mad at me and tells me, but don’t you understand that my computer doesn’t work it’s cash only lady. I walk away abruptly to my room to go and get my money come back. My snacks and drinks are now gone. My snacks were just thrown back on the shelf hastily. So I put the money on the counter walk back to the refrigerator and collect my items. He then comes out and says you’re short. I said I gave you nine dollars sir that’s what you told me. The total was he called me a liar and said that he never said that he almost doubled the price so I put back my snacks and only got the three beverages. He then told me he was going to call the police on me because I was a thief. Everything was on camera My husband came out of our room and told him not to talk to his wife that way. The man at the counter said shut up, budd or I will throw you out. My husband, I then went back into our room. I then had to step out to my vehicle and when I did my key card stopped working he stopped my key from working, so then I had to go back to the register and asked for my key card to be fixed he laughed at me the whole time None of the rudest people I’ve ever met.. I have stayed at this location because the breakfast staff and day staff is actually very nice. I can overlook the mold in the shower.(see picture below.) the floor missing tiles.(see picture below.) the way that the bathroom door will not open properly.(see video below.) but this is the first time I saw roaches. (also see video) so after being yelled at and threatened by someone who obviously hates his job and being overrun by roaches, it is safe to say I will no longer come back to this location. I highly recommend you look for a different Motel to rent as this one is not worth the price. Very disappointing because I really enjoyed having a hot tub in the room, but it is so not worth everything else. The owners of this building really need to come and check this out or corporate really needs to come check this place out. It is in desperate need of help and...
