In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Fresno

Everyone knows the issues of "the drive through and its very poor design", especially here on NW Shaw Ave in Fresno, Ca. In n Out is so well liked that cars are on the street lining the curbside trying to get in. You can barely drive into the parking lot and can't park on the East side of the parking lot as that is ALWAYS blocked by the drive through line. Its even worse during Covid. I am a mom of someone who has nutritional restrictions (2 whole pages of things NEEDING to be ezcluded from her diet). It would be nice to have educated employees who can answer ingredient questions, having the info located on the online menu would be helpful as well. It was a joke trying to get answers about ingredients to their own foods they're offering when we visited. No one else wants to wait behind us for employees to figure it out!! Please improve your business practices!! More and more people in this generation have a NEED to know "what am I putting into my body" and if you cannot accomodate, your business will be left behind. If you need facts to that, look it up. G.I. problems in kids from 2003-today. There are plenty of businesses that WILL offer this for their customers. You should be striving to do "above par", not waiting around til someone...

I have got to give them 5 stars, because they hardly have a menu, yet they seem to always have a full house. Last month my daughter talked me into going for lunch,. My first time in_out_ burgers. Their was cars lined up all the way down to the street. I thought we would be waiting for along time, but someone came out and took our order. When I saw the menu, I laughed, their was only 4 burgers to choose from, fries, shake, and your basic soft drinks, and the shakes only came with three flavors. Still my daughter insisted that they have really good burgers. Ok, so we ordered and the line just kept moving as fast as we gave our order. We didn't hardly wait at all, and when I sunk my mouth into that cheese burger, I was amazed ! This is fast food and actually tasted like a real burger, and the French fries didn't taste like rancid Greece. Now I know why they have so little on their menu, yet so many customers. If you want a good old fashion burger fries and drink. I highly recommend this burger joint, they are clean and have very good service and not high prised. In_N_Out...

I have not visited an in and out for years my last visit was t-boned by an eager visitor that felt a burger was more important than paying attention to his driving. The crowds are hectic drive thru is usually about 100 cars deep, to avoid another accident I parked a few business's over and walked in.

Customer service is fantastic it always has been, I was able to order quickly, unlike many other places prices have not changed since my last visit, received my order in less than 10 minutes, I thought mission accomplished ready to enjoy my meal must be great look at the crowd.

I dig in and after my first bite I realize why prices haven't changed it was the lowest quality product of any establishment out there, burger was packed with lettuce, dressing, grilled onions, cheese, and a burger patty that must have been thinner than the cheese slice.

I could not taste any meat even after several bites it was like paying $3 or so for a salad between bread, I left entirely unsatisfied and mystified as to how they can have such a crowd serving such low...
