The only thing this Chipotle does consistently is be consistent bad. I really wanted this Chipotle to good because it is the closest one to where I live and near some stores I occasionally visit. So after 5 visits this one and a couple visits to the River Park and Fig garden one, this unfortunately is the newest and the worst.
I'll start with the food. For a buck extra, the guacamole should not have chunks of hard, unripened avocado. Take those out! Another visit the Chorizo i had was burnt and crunchy. I could only wonder how long it has been sitting or if it was leftovers mixed in with a new batch and recooked.
Now on to employees. I do appreciate the urgency to get someone to help ring me up when you are busy, but I did not a appreciate them yelling "cash" loudly right in my ear. That Employee ignored me and walked away when I gave them a shocked look. The person in the back cooking on multiple occasions preferred to do trick shots by throwing random food waste he was cutting away from several feet away. I'm assuming this was waste into a basket and not food he was preparing across the table. Either way,when you have inconsistent food, I don't think the cook should be preparing the food unprofessionally. I have other knit-pick type complaints that i remember because of the bad experiences that would otherwise be forgotten if the food wasn't so bad. Food businesses and employees are responsible for serving customers a safe meal â this includes customers who suffer with food allergies. Food allergies are considered disabilities under the ADA.
I am a customers with disabilities. I see that employees are clearly uneducated about handling food with those with food allergies.
Due to specific medical conditions, I cannot have specific items in my meal. The preparation and handling is detrimental to my health, with that being said I could end up hospitalized. I hope you can further educate your team on how to handle foods and those who have food allergies. This is not a matter of a trend or a fad, itâs a matter of my long-term health and potential my life.
I asked my food handler to change her gloves and she didnât understand why. I asked for tacos and another lady grabbed my tacos and didnât even bother to replace them with new ones after grabbing it. She just grabbed the basket and pretended to grab new ones by lowering the basket where she thought I wouldnât see it. Also with that being said they kept on passing my food to other handlerâs with contaminated gloves. The employee preparing my food didnât bother to let the entire team down the line know that ONLY she would be preparing my food.
We did even bother to ask for anything extra after that because at that point I was angry and afraid...

We came on the night of Apr 5 at 9:15pm and we planned to eat inside but the supervisor was already stacking chairs on the table (while other people were still eating) even though they close at 10pm. Usually when you come around this time, they are out of something. This time they were out of sour cream. Well not entirely out, they have it in bags in the back, theyâre just too lazy to prep them. Iâve worked at chipotle before. I know how it works. Last time they were out of cheese, another night they were out of rice. At times their chicken tastes burnt/charred. Cook must not clean the grill before putting a new batch on or didnât oil well. Their guacamole is typically disgusting, brown in color and tastes old. Their drink station is usually filthy and they are out of the juices; trash everywhere and utensils are not stocked. Their customer service is lacking, rude in fact. They were out of chicken one night so I had to wait for about 20 mins for it. When they made my food they appeared very annoyed.
