Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered a pizza for 3 pm because i was on a time crunch. When I paid for the pizza they asked if I wanted to donate by purchasing a churro for 3 dollars. I made three donations for three churros. When I walked up to the food court to get my pizza, they made us wait in another line for our donation churros instead of just handing them to us. First you ask for donations and then you make us wait to get our stuff when we clearly ordered ahead of time because I had a time crunch. Costco has some of the worst employees. Ordered a pizza over the phone with them and told me it would take 30 minutes. Got to Costco 30 minutes later and they didn’t have my pizza. They said they never got it in their system, that I would have to wait another 30 minutes while they make it. I ended up ordering 2 slices of pizza instead and they told me to wait for a supervisor so I could get my refund. Supervisor never showed and I waited for 30 minutes. By that time I could’ve just waited for the pizza. Made me wait for nothing and I never got my money...

I have had nothing but positive experiences until today. I would take some of the credit in my lack of communication. Called in a pizza order an hour before I got it. Word of advice. They call out order numbers. Call-in orders have your name. In my defense...the rep at the window kept telling me my order wasn't ready. And used the excuse of "no one told us" when i told them what my order was and then later when I told him it was a call in. I told you. Twice. I appreciate Costco employees, prices...
