Had asked for a tub and how the mixes worked to accommodate each flavor, got one answer from one staff and a completely different response from another. I ended up getting the children singles because according to them (one worker) what I was requesting was not possible. I was upset because another employee said sure we can do that. Manager was on site just asked if everything was ok I said no why isn't your staff all on the same page. She did or said nothing in which there was a 2nd manager in site he was great told him what had happened he even offered something from menu even tho I declined he had a much better attitude then the general manager. Great ice cream as always, but this place needs to work on organization and efficiency. On a Sunday evening, there were eight people working behind the counter. They all seemed to be working diligently, but they were only waiting on two parties and no one was waiting when I entered. I waited in what I thought was the right place for over ten minutes for someone to take my simple order. No one took my order or even acknowledged that I was waiting. I moved to the other end of the counter after II watched a couple enter the store and place an order there. I waited there until I noticed people being served fairly quickly while standing at the place where I started. The waffle cone was stale and the girl forgot caramel in mine and my husband said they didn't make his right either. I mean the ingredients are on the wall. They need to train their employees better or something. There was a girl that had a full tray of ice cream and was trying to put it back in the slot holder and it looked pretty heavy, but she couldn't get it in there and there was like 6-7 employee's that could of helped and all they said was, "oh she is new!"
