Cookies are delicious, I like that they have different varieties every week. I had ordered here twice. A little disappointed on my 2nd time because of inefficiency. I ordered online on my 2nd time. App asked for what type of car I have, thought they're bringing them out to you. Anyhow I parked and waited for a few minutes, app said I'm #4 in line. People who came after me already got their orders, and I was still waiting, so I decided to come in, thought I may be wrong about the curbside pick up (so why is it the app asks for the type of car one has, if you are expected to pick up inside?). Finally I went in and told a lady by the cashier that I was there to pick up my order. I waited in the "pick up" corner, a gentleman was waiting too. Two staff were standing by the cashier (corner next to pick up) waiting for customers to get their orders, while we were patiently waiting for someone to attend to us (mine was pre-ordered and pre-paid online). One lady by the cashier could have attended to the pick up orders and the other lady can take orders from the walk ins. The line wasn't that long anyway. My 2 boxes were sitting on the shelf, just waiting to be handed over to me, since they have been prepaid. There's room for improvement. I'm hoping my experience will be...

So I was super excited to try these cookies, I was a little apprehensive because of mixed reviews but after seeing the line up I figured I’d give them a try, it was the pink lineup for Breast cancer, I ordered 2 chocolate chip, 2 raspberry lemonade, a pink velvet, and a basic pink sugar. I also ordered a pink doughnut cookie on the side. I ordered curb side and they brought it out pretty quickly, I was too excited so I just drove off to get half way home and realize they gave me 2 pink sugar and one raspberry lemonade. So I had to turn around and fix that. I’m glad I turned back as the pink sugar is literally the worst cookie ever, that almond has got to go it tastes like lotion. The chocolate chip was probably my favorite which I’m not sure is saying alot since they are known for their weekly flavors I’d assume those should be better.I think the pink doughnut and the pink velvet were also good, very sweet but to me not better than chocolate chip. Overall the cookies are just okay, they’re fun and cute, but the cookie themselves aren’t all that it’s really the frosting with a basic base of a cookie. For the price I’m not sure I’d go...

If I could give 0 stars I would.... I went to go pick up my order today As soon as I walked in there was an employee by the name of Hannahand she starts walking aggressively to me (i almost though something bad was happening) but that was not the case I was approached in a rush and she was agressive in the way she approached me not even a hello and telling me they weren't opened yet and to wait 15 minutes. Looking at my clock it was about 4 minutes to 8 so I thought 15 minutes was a little weird so she opened the door 4 minutes later andgot my box and the presentation was horrible I asked for a bow and was not given one. I opened th box and the cookies looked as if they were thrown in the box. once I was leaving another employee had to apologize for her and for that employee to notice Hannah's lack of customer service speaks volumes.this was a gift for someone and I always see great reviews I can say I will most likely not visit this establishment again because of Hannah,she made my...
