Highly disappointed in the quality of to-go/ Uber Eats orders provided from this location. Upon initial order from here, an incomplete order arrived; the order included an additional fee for added meatballs, which miraculously were not provided. After calling the location to inform them of their mistake, I was told the only way to have a refund of this was to go to the location myself. Well the entire reason this was ordered through Uber Eats was because of the distance and the fact that I was at work at the time! Today, another order was placed, no additions added. Before placing the order, we called the restaurant to determine what type of dressing would be provided for a salad. After being informed that Italian would be, we hung up and placed the order. The food arrived, and smelled great, only to be surprised with yet another missing item: the dressing for the salad! A quick call to the location provided yet further depressing information: the manager was "not in today" to take my complaint. The one on the phone whom I proceeded to provide my grievance to said that this salad ordered, does not come with a dressing, but how can that be if we verified before ordering?? There will be a follow-up phone call to discuss these matters with the manager to get to the bottom of this miscommunication, as well as the cleanliness of their facility due to the fact that a hair was also found in the order of spaghetti received. In the future, our orders for delicious Italian food, we will be going elsewhere due to the in-competencies of...
Read moreI love DiCiccos & have been going for years. I'd never been to this one & I will never go back to this one. We ordered 2 calzones, a Sprite & 2 salads. We asked for no meatballs in my boyfriends calzone. We asked for balsamic dressing for the dalads, (the woman who took our order didn't even know what that was) we asked for no wax peppers or ham on my salad & my boyfriend asked for extra peppers on his. The delivery guy dropped it off, an hour & a half after we ordered when we were told a 30 minute wait, ok thats fine stuff happens. We were missing our sprite, I had no dressing for my salad we had no wax peppers for my boyfriends salad. My calzone was oozing ricotta like a zit I couldn't even eat it there was so much in it, in my boyfriends calzone they added diced ham for some reason when he asked for less meat?? To top everything off literally, they put the sauce on top of the calzones so they were both soggy goopy messes by the time it was delivered. I have ordered takeout from DiCiccos many times, I HAVE NEVER had that happen before. I called the restaurant at least 10 times, no one would answer. So I called the following morning. The woman I spoke with was very nice but basically told me she couldn't do anything until the manager came in Friday & I should call then. I waited 2 days, called Friday & was told there's nothing they could do. No refund, no voucher, no nothing. So needless to say stick to the better...
Read moreTwo years ago I had the best dinner at this Dicicco. I was very excited after placing a phone order for takeout on a Friday evening. The lady on the phone seemed impatient and sighed after every sentence. It was foolish of me to continue with the order. She told me, 20 minutes for the order. I arrived within 10 minutes. I approached the register and she did not acknowledge me, probably ignored. She was looking at a credit card. It was awkward, especially after I greeted her, and there was no response. I looked into the kitchen and all the staff was busy working. Everyone in the kitchen made eye contact but quickly looked away. It felt like I walked into something I was not suppose to see, like a crimes scene. The awkwardness lasted about 30 seconds until the lady asked if I have been helped. WTH? She and I were the only ones standing there! I said no and paid for my order. I waited about 10 minutes and my order was ready. Food was as expected, no complaints; service...
