The food was delicious the bad this is customer service. This is my first time here and I felt rushed, I was looking at the menu without being on the way of people who was ordering so I could take my time. When I tried ordering the girls who helped was rushing me and trying to give me a bread I didn’t like. I asked if she could tell me what types of bread they have because I missed it on the menu and she was like look at the menu. When she could just had said it, I wanted my sandwich meat heat up in the grill and they told me they don’t have where to heat it. That they don’t have microwave. I asked it I could get it in the grill not if they had microwave. They for sure do not pay attention to customer. She avoided at all cost to get my sandwich heat up in the grill. She mentioned my meat will shrink and then that it will not taste the same. I know that, that’s the reason I wanted my sandwich heat up in the grill because it tastes better for me like that. And while that process literally they just wanted to finish doing my sandwich so I could leave. Very bad customer service never...

First of all, the food is fantastic, delicious, just right. Can't say enough about that. But the cash register girl barks at you in this little squeaky voice, that doesn't even cut through the back round noise. She's so small, her body doesn't generate enough audio resonance to be heard easily. Not trying to be mean, but that's the situation. Since she also doesnt make customary direct eye contact with you, its difficult to ascertain exactly who she is even talking to. She's looking at another customer, while she's talking to me, as it turned out, then gets edgy like I'm not listening or something. Very odd. On top of that, seems like she is struggling and having a bad day in general. Unbelievable that someone like that would be on cash register duty, where people skills and maybe a little bit of charisma would go a long way. I tried to ask her if the chip reader was working, and she seemed to get mad, told me to just swipe my card, like some little pissed-off nazi runt. How about get rid of her, and put a normal human being in her position? That would would be a good...

Its cool to get lunch from here, but there is a particularly round fellow working behind the counter who is EXTREMELY nonschalant all the time and never puts an ounce of effort into any of his work. This man will stand next to customers who just arrived to pickup an online order, and he will blatantly ignore them. I watched this big-backer proceed to give everyone else their orders while mine was supposed to have been ready on Doordash 7 minutes ago. It was only when I spoke up loudly that this dazed and confused hippopotamus decided to finally address me. Seriously fire that kid

Update 2 weeks later Alright, after coming here more times, I have to say that most of the staff is working their hardest and trying to make the best sandwhiches they can with the time they have. Other employees have stepped up and shown a lot of initiative for online pickups which helps a lot for those just trying to get back to...
