Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

Ordered an Extra most bestest and stuffed crazy bread. The cashier didn't give me a receipt. waited 15 minutes and the guy gives me a hot and ready with 3 instead of 4 stuffed crazy bread sticks. I took it back in showed him and he says " that's how we make then now, its more cost efficient" so he says, "I'll throw on some crazy bread" under cooked and just wadded up nice n tight👍. Got the pizza home to the Fam and there pretzel salt on the bottom of the pizza(somebodies not washing pans like they're supposed too?. There is like 12 people working there (Friday, Nov. 3rd 2023, 6pm) 5 have long sweaty hair, no hair nets in sight. The cashier acted like they were swamped, but there were only three people there. 5 people came to get there orders out of the pizza portal and every single one of there orders was missing something or wrong.3 customers before me were waiting on missing items for their orders.This place used to be efficient and clean, now it looks like a Ratted out hang out for the local homeless and Drunks from the bar. Everyone working tonight looked like they could care less if they had a job. I will not be visiting this location again. I'd rather drive 5 minutes to clovis were the kids take a little pride...

I've been ordering here for years and i know how good deep dishs are, but I'm not sure why the deep dish all of sudden, starting to taste so differently here, its as if something is wrong with the cheese or sauce. It makes me want to vomit after a slice. Please double check with your ingredients. I feel like it was the cheese that tasted bad though(could be the sauce). I order it two times already, a week apart to confirm and yeah something is definitely wrong, i had to throw away the pizza. I also tried ordering from different locations and it doesn't taste...

A solid Little Caesars.

Their customer service is definitely increased a lot lately. The person I spoke to on the phone a few minutes ago was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. The order was clearly repeated back to me, she understood everything I said the first time. It was great. And she was very nice.

Their food is pretty normal for a Little Caesars. Not saying it's bad but they're kind of like McDonald's where everything tastes the same and everyone of their locations taste the same. But it's still decent food...
