Love and Thai — Restaurant in Fresno

I think we found our new spot when we’re craving noodles. This place was on my “food places to try out” list and I’m glad we finally did. I thought their prices were great and so was the food. I was truly excited to see pork belly on their menu as one of the proteins. Today, we tried the beef pad Thai, shrimp pad Thai, beef pad se-ew, and the pork belly pad se-ew. They were all delicious but the pork belly pad se-ew was my fav. We also really enjoyed their fried egg rolls and chicken satay. Had been coming here for a while and every visit had been alright, until now. Person that was taking our order was having an attitude problem, curt and dismissive. Plain rude to deal with.

From making people wait via phone for 8+ minutes to then abruptly hanging up before i was able to answer their "Are you still there?" to still deciding to converse rudely when I arrived to make the order in person since the call was hanged up on their end.

I get having a rough day or rough moment at work, but taking it out on the customers is never the way to go. Gotta teach this employee how to behave...

I had the Pad Thai with Tofu and others in my party had the rest of the noodles dishes and we all enjoyed them so much! It was so delicious and just what we were craving- clean plates all round. And the staff at this restaurant were amazing!!! The chef checked in all of us and the hostess who took our order was so sweet and made sure we got the dishes we were looking for. They were incredibly accommodating and were very warm and hospitable. Really...
