This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm 13 years old with Hispanic parents that know literally almost zero English so I had to order most of the things by myself. I was ordering first for myself and it seemed that the lady working the cashier was new because it took her almost ten whole minutes to take my order. To make things worse she had to call over her manager twice for help because she apparently didn't know what I was ordering. Her English seemed just fine to me tho. Next, when I had finally ordered for me and my fam, we waited for over twenty minutes. When we got our order, I was missing my chicken nuggets and my big mac, the fries were cold and didn't have any salt, we didn't get a receipt, I was missing my sprite, I had ordered the milk and sugar in my mom's coffee separately just like she had asked, but we got the coffee mixed together which I got yelled at for. When we went up to the front it was crowded with angry customers that hadn't gotten a receipt or had gotten their order wrong. One man told me he had been waiting for over forty minutes for his order, which we then realized was just sitting on the counter in front of us. They hadn't even called him. Also the employees didn't seem to care, some of them were just mindlessly walking around. We finally got what we had missed in our order and we sat down, everyone had left. Read moreThe young people who take the orders and hand out the food are really nice and approachable. I don’t know what it is about this specific location but when I order hotcakes I get the food without any of the butter, syrup, or utensils. I ordered 4 hash browns and I only got two. I was busy and didn’t call about them. I was told that since I never called they couldn’t verify it. I ordered using the app that shows what I ordered. Someone could just as easily lie on the phone and say they never got their hash browns. It’s like $4 for 2 hash browns. I don’t care about the $4 but it’s the principle of the idea that I paid money and I did NOT get what I paid for. The manager said, I can’t do anything since it happened when I wasn’t here. Like just refund me me $4 or grab 2 hash browns and throw it in the bag! This happens often! I’ll be missing a sandwich, I’ll be missing an apple juice, I’ll be missing fries. It’s heavy in this location. What’s the point of your management if they aren’t giving us what we pay for? I might have to start going to the one on blackstone. I hate looking through the bag before I leave because it makes it seem like I don’t trust staff to properly serve me, but from now on I will recommend that every one who goes there stops, looks in the bag then drives off. Read moreFirst of all I ordered my food ahead of time on the mobile order app. And I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order only to be told to park at number for and wait for them to bring out my food, mind you I ordered way ahead of time. The manager had a very unhappy look on her face and when anyone went to ask her a question she gave off such an attitude, all the employees there are trained to work hard but with all the customers and the lack of employees they are overworked. Having the manager react the way she did or does, does not help the atmosphere. When I left I should have checked my bag because two items were missing, I was on my lunch break so I could not return. This store was filthy, all of the condiments and napkins were everywhere, the soda machine was filthy. The tables were not clean and had trash on them. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayonnaise added and it looked like they just slung the mayonnaise on top of the hamburger, it had lot of mayonnaise with hanging out the side of the hamburger which caused the huge mess.
