
This lady is arguing with me on the phone saying that the doors were not locked today wen I went at 11 a.m. I told her yes they were she asked me if I went to the Fulton Mall I said I went downtown where the Superior courthouse is and across the way where the Hall of records is where you can get marriage certificates death certificates birth certificates at is the building I went to in those doors were locked. Then she tells me again I don't know which building you went to and I told her the building that's on the address of Hall of records to the place that I'm calling and speaking to you now. She told me from 8:00 to 4:00 that it's open and I told her no it's not because I was just down there and it was locked. Then she tells me once more that she doesn't know where I was at and once again I gave her the same address to Hall of records and she's like no our doors won't locked. I told her when I went down there they were I shook the doors there are locked I ran around to the side where the bathrooms are and that single door was locked too. then she says once more well then I don't know where you're at. security or whoever locks the doors needs to communicate with the people on the third floor and let them know that somebody did lock the door. You can get your birth certificate pay $25 dollars but because you can not do this in person you need to fill out application and pay for that application to get notarized additional cost or you can go to the window on the main floor and they can verify your id .
