Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

I am a new Mountain Mike's fan! W. Shaw in Fresno location is where Moses & Nicole were very polite & helpful during a party I hosted on March 2nd 2019. There were 2 other employees that were very nice as well. Unfortunately I did not get their names. Everything from the atmosphere, price, employees were just perfect. The pizza was so delicious. I used coupons which was great! The coupons allowed me to get one specialty pizza at regular price and a 2nd 1 topping for half off. You van easily print them online. Came out to about $31.00 for every 2 pizzas which was awesome for the quality & amount of toppings. The appetizers are delicious & well priced. I recommend everyone to come & try it out & I will definitely be back. I am super happy I had my daughters birthday party here. I had to cancel an outdoor location venue due to the weather but it all worked out. There is a small arcade and a few rides which kept the kid's busy. The sports channel in the 40 chair banquet room was a plus. I brought some coloring books, cards, clay, and face paint stencils for the kids & made great memories. The restaurant is very clean and bathrooms are kept up so we made extra care that we kept it that way... They allowed me to store cake & ice cream in the back. Even offered to let me use the spatula etc. Anyway, we were beyond happy to have been treated like guest of honor that day. I don't normally go out of my way like this but when there is great service like this it must be known. Thank you...

Pretty upset right now. I’ve gotten Mt Mike’s pizza for years, at different location and overall, it’s always been a “go-to” for me, especially since their pizza is typically great. I travel frequently for work, although this time I’m in a hotel because my vehicle broke down & is in the shop, hence, I really depend on a restaurant to get my order correct AND good quality. Well, this time was so frustrating.

I ordered via DD. My order was a small pizza (it was so greasy/soggy, but ok), individual salad (w/slimy veggies and cukes had been frozen), & 2 bubly-LIME carbonated WATERS (replaced with a non-carbonated sugary lemonade drink).

So yeah, I’m unable to eat the salad or drink the lemonade sugar waters. DD has horrible avenues for resolving restaurant mess-ups & didn’t resolve this (can’t get thru to a real person). But it shouldn’t be on delivery services like DD or Uber to take the brunt of the neglectfulness of restaurants. So I have about $14 of food/beverages that I cannot eat/drink & only a 92 cent credit from DD (shouldn’t be on them anyway) because they don’t have a proper option for resolving issues...

Today we went to Moutain Mike's Pizza and everything was fine until we were eating our pizza and noticed that there was a Roach crawling on our booth right by my friend's head. One of the worker was there so I called here over to see it before we killed it and asked to speak with the manger. She went and got the manager and what he said was so infuriating, he said "is there a problem" we were shocked. We replied yes there is a problem we just had a roach by our head. He then said "Yes we had the exterminator out yesterday we will call him again"... We just looked at him and then he said "How about you get some free salads on us". I told him we already paid for salads and who wants to eat after seeking a roach by their head. He then said "we can write you down for a free pizza" my thought was no we won't ever be back. We Just said ok and left all our pizza there, 3 large pizzas 8 sodas and 2 salad bars over $70. Don't go here. We should have gotten a refund for our meal but were never...
