Port of Subs — Restaurant in Fresno

I normally love Port of Subs BUT I will not be returning to this one. When my family and I got there, the door was wide open which I didn't think anything of it. We walked in and it was so hot inside. I looked at the thermostat and it read 92, yuck! To top it off it smelled like a smoke shop, double yuck! The lady who helped us was very nice. We decided that we were just going to get our sandwiches and go and it was only as we were leaving that she turned on the AC and closed the door. When we got home and started to eat we found that the bread was not fresh at all. It was completely dried out. I am highly disappointed in the quality of this...

Not to sound dramatic but this is THEE BEST port of subs in Fresno . I’ve gone to others because it’s close , but after so many disappointments, I literally drive clear across town just to come to this port of subs! Always always fresh ! The bread isn’t flaky and flakes off as you bite it like others . Meat and cheese and veggies are like no other, the oil and vinegar .. it’s all so fresh ! Idk but that guy that makes the sandwiches...

Was craving a good sandwich and this spot right here is my favorite spot to go. Every time I go in I am always greeted with a friendly face and smile. Today was special because the manager in charge was awesome and her name is Jeannine plue her co-worker and they welcomed me with a smile and provided with excellent customer service. Because of them 2 I will be going back again. Thank you for such awesome...
