I've ordered plenty of times from here. My husband would normally watch how they make the pizza through the glass as I sit on the bench. The last time we went was last month and I can probably say our experience that time was horrible!! The manager for the day was there and had made our pizza's. As usual, my husband watched the pizza's getting made. As soon as a customer walked in, the manager went to the cash register to help the customer. We saw him take cash from the customer with the same gloves he used to make our pizza, closed the register then told the customer it'll be about 10-15 minutes. Right after he talked to the customer, he came back to make our pizza without changing gloves!! All those germs from the dirty money had been transferred onto our pizza and my husband had to stop the manager right away! He asked the manager if he knew what the Manger did wrong. He had no clue what my husband was asking so my husband had to tell him that the glove was dirty from touching money and if he could remake our pizza. The manager refused to make a new pizza and replied in his words that they were not allowed to waste anything. My husband told the manager that what he did was very unsanitary and if the manager would eat something like that. My husband asked for the store manager's name and number to make a complaint as we were not satisfied with the result. My husband called the store manager to explain what happened as the manager went to the back for about 10-15 minutes. He didn't come back out to the front until another customer came in to order. As a manager at any food restaurant, you should understand that you should practice being clean! What baffled us was that the manager tried to argue with my husband and refused to remake anything! How can you lead anyone if you yourself can't even do things right? And to be a manager, that's just really poor leadership! I have worked in a pizza place when I was 14 years old. We didn't use gloves back then but we washed our hands with soap every time we walked away either to answer the phone or touched the register before coming back to make anything! Today, after about a month when this happened, we got word back from the health department that the manager told the inspector that he never went back to make our pizza's and that a coworker continued to finish them! There's a video camera straight on the register if they ever decide to get proof! This manager is such a liar as he lied just to cover himself for his wrongdoing! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I refuse to get pizza from this place again. There is clearly bad leadership skills and training at this location! If you choose to order pizza's from this place, just be aware that some people clearly don't care about being clean/sanitary and you will be eating germs as long as they're...
Read moreMe and my brother go to this pizza place almost all the time and we always have a really good experience. But the last few times that I've been here I have ordered pizza with alfredo sauce because my best friend is "highly allergic" to tomatoes. I went into the store and ordered two pizzas with alfredo sauce. a few times they misunderstood what I wanted on the pizza so I have re-told them which is fine. After what seems like we cleared up the misunderstanding I left the store and came back 15 minutes later to pick up the pizza well when I came back both of the pizzas were correct except they had tomato sauce on them. When I said excuse me these pizzas have tomato sauce and I asked for alfredo sauce is there a chance that you can remake them for me.
Normally when I've gone here with my brother we've been able to remake pizzas with no issue. But this time there is an employee a young man I hadn't seen before that said they would have to recharge me for the pizzas and also that they were closing so they would not be able to remake pizza and that I should just take it home. this is all very confusing considering I have gone here on and off for the last 5 years and I have never had an experience this terrible before.
I understand that it was close to closing time but there was still enough time to remake the two pizzas, and like I said before I've gone here with my brother I never had an issue even when it was near closing time.
I ended up taking the pizzas home even though they were wrong, unfortunately my brothers didn't like the kind of pizza I had ordered. So we cooked the pizza anyways and I got another already made pizza for my friend from Little Caesars and the leftover pizza (which was a whole pizza) we took to a nearby homeless family. So some good came out of it anyways.
Now don't get me wrong this place is a great pizza place when they're nice and they get your order correct even if your order is incorrect the pizzas still good it's just you didn't get the right pizza. Most of the time the orders are correct and there isn't people this rude working so please don't think I'm saying that you shouldn't get food here everyone has a bad day just don't take it out on people that don't have anything...
Read moreI visited on Friday. Ordered online. 30 minutes later I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I waited a few minutes and asked to cancel my order. I had to go home and get ready for work. I got an eye roll from the person behind the counter. She said she cancelled my order. I asked for proof since she didn't offer me a receipt. I got home and realized it was a receipt for someone else's order. I waited a few days for the charge to fall off but the charge cleared. I went to the location today to try to get my money back. The same lady was behind the counter and tried to blame it on someone else. I told her she was the one that helped me. She said she couldn't give my money back and she had cancelled the wrong order. She said I would have to call corporate. I asked for the number and she said I could get it online. Yvette is not friendly, helpful or built for customer service. I called my bank and filed with them. They refunded my money. I will NEVER visit this location again.. I would rather drive farther for a good customer service experience. Such a HORRIBLE...
