I came in to place an order around 12:30 am I know you guys close at 1:00 am in the morning I always come an order late night when I get off of work well tonight I had a terrible experience with a worker by the name of Pedro I don’t believe he gave me correct name, well tonight I came to order Pedro told me they are only taking online orders so I told him ok I’ll go ahead and place an online order he then told they are now closed and I told him well I always order here you guys don’t close until 1:00 am he then told me well is it that serious if your hungry Mcdonalds is right there so I asked to speak with a manager because he was being very rude Pedro told me the manager was taking there last break and wasn’t available while also laughing I asked if he had a name tag he said he doesn’t need a name tag because they all know each other names he was very rude and horrible customer service it was 3 Hispanic males on 8/17/21 working very late at night around 12:30 am they were all laughing one was kinda chunky and the other two was skinny I will never eat here again nor will I refer people horrible customer service I believe his name was Juan because the other worker called his...
Read moreThe lettuce was rotten, totally limp, brown and slimy. What I don't like about this is, obviously they are not blind, yet they choose to use rotten lettuce rather than toss it and use fresh lettuce...leads me to believe that that management has a policy of "throw nothing away" no matter the condition. Just hide it in the food. The only way we got proper lettuce was I had to ask the cashier to please double check that the lettuce is fresh as we keep finding brown, slimy lettuce. 2nd they, keep forgetting items. Last order they forgot one fries and one sandwich, before that they forgot all 4 pies ordered. next time I'll post a video of their bad lettuce on YouTube and social media...review edit: upgraded from 2 to 3 stars and I'd like to thank the owner for not only acknowledging my review but taking responsibility for it and owning it Instead of denials or excuses! Read moreI understand the policy of only using 1 coupon per customer per visit, but, is my leaving the business, and you guys serve other customers in between the time of my return and then me trying to make a whole other purchase still considered the same visit and therefore nullifying my attempt to use an other coupon? The reason I had 2 coupons was because 1 was for Me and the 2nd coupon was for my 73yr old Mother who was at home and finally has a bit if an appetite after undergoing her 4th round of Chemo, So she opted to stay home instead of schlepping to Rally's for her "Buford", She wanted to rest, But the way Eva talked to me in such a condescending tone in front of other patrons sitting on them dirty concrete tables was absolutely unacceptable!! I was so shocked by the vulgar display of unprofessionalism you'd think she was getting written up fir accepting the coupon that Rallys had sent me in the first place!!
