Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Fresno

I went there today Saturday September 26th 2020. At about 5 p.m. . I waited at the front counter there were two employees there. Neither of them made eye contact. Neither of them smiled. The female said we will be with you shortly. In a monotine. There was no feeling. There was no eagerness to help. So I stood there for three minutes waiting. I look at the menu. I decide I want to get the medium King Arthur I Supreme. It's about $20, and it's way more expensive than a lot of other lower quality pizza. Probably worth the price. However, the employees figured it was more important to FOLD boxes and avoid any kind of eye contact or social interactions than to actually help a customer who was hungry. So, after waiting rhe 3 minutes, I walked out and then I went to Me and Ed's and Me and Ed's got a nice fat tip and I ordered $20 pizza from Me-n-Ed's. So the bottom line... the moral of this story is: if you want decent service go to Me-n-Ed's... it's not too far from this location, and they WILL help you promptly, and they'll treat you right. Or, if you want ridiculously substandard service, and you want to wait longer before they actually take your order, you can go ahead and come to this place and be...

Disgusting!! Editing my review to add it has been offically 2yrs now since no longer ordering from Round Table after the rest of this review was posted. I have been a longtime customer and the last few times my pizza was not as good as it used to be plus I used a coupon for the family feast and requested if I could get a two liter with other coupon they said no my order came up to $45.00 after coupon and delivery fee and knowing I was a long time customer I felt like wow ok. So I made it clear to them that was my last order from them and indeed it has been pizza was going downhill anyway the combo hardly had toppings where before it was loaded and looked like a combo. Gets very busy, overrun, and wait times are very long during dinner times. If you order a pizza delivery during dinner time, it will probably get to you in about an hour instead of their usual 45 minute deadline. It's always best to either order earlier that day for delivery. Everything else however is spot on with takeout and dine in times. There are beautiful TVs at every corner and a few claw machines and restrooms. A lot of workers there are very hard honest workers trying to make a living like you and me. Tip them for delivery and you can see the light shine in some of their eyes lol. This store is very flexible if you are forgiving at their mistakes.
