Ok this is gonna be long, and it's about an incident that happened on 1/24/24 at 9:30 PM with a manager named LUPE. I went with my family to the drive thru. Order taking was fine, nothing bad. We paid, then got our order. We specifically asked to be charged for our sauces (which we did, i have the receipt for proof), and then a meal came with sauces. We got our food, and upon inspecting the bags we did not receive all of our sauces. We told the manager LUPE that we were missing sauces, she LITERALLY snapped and said "NO, I saw him put all the sauces. I'm not giving extra sauces". My mouth dropped because for one, we weren't lying, and we were not being rude. And I stand by that because you guys have a camera, I suggest you review it. At this point I'm mad because we aren't lying for sauces. So we tell her to LOOK IN THE BAGS herself. She was still arguing about the sauces being in there, still not looking at the bags we gave her. At that point, I asked for the refund. We gave back the food. She then wants our receipt. I tell her no; she can print her own. This went back and forth, and it's aggravating because i know darn well she can get her own copy. I want my copy for my complaint, and for the refund. And yes I start recording, because its suspicious she wants our receipt, and then she takes a while to process our refund. And I'm mad that our experience was ruined over her saying we were lying over sauces!
Also, I worked in the fast food industry for a long time. And I know darn well that customers aren't always right, and a lot get mad over being charged for sauces. But to berate the customer over your MISTAKE and attitude, is not right. I will not come back, I hope somebody checks her.
Anyways I then I tried looking for a specific corporate number to talk to someone regarding her behavior. All I got was the jack listens automatic message. So Next part, I did the JACK LISTENS on the receipt. I NEVER got a call back, and I SPECIFIED I wanted to be contacted. I got two emails from Jack saying they hope they resolved the issue, and to give feedback based on that. BUT I NEVER DID. So that means they are marking my complaint as resolved? Its been couple weeks since this incident, and I want my complaint heard and solved. I don't want free food, I want someone to talk to her about her behavior.
Update: March 24, supposedly the owner told me to contact so they can do something. Nothing was never done....
Read moreI had been craving some jack in the box tacos all day so I had placed an order through the app for pickup. I waited forever in the drive through forever to be told they did not have an order under my name, I double checked my app and the address and started to ask if it was the correct address when the lady rudely cut me off and repeated again she doesn’t have an order under my name. And to give it 10 minutes to see if it will come through so I asked if she wanted me to come to the window and again she cut me off and said “ok thanks!” I pull up to the window where the lady (Patricia V.) still had a very frustrating and unfriendly attitude. She said she still did not get my order through and asked what I had ordered and then just said “yeah I don’t have that” go park and wait to see if it comes through and I will bring it to you. I parked and it came out surprisingly fast which was nice but my bad had ripped and I had also noticed I had gotten a medium soda instead of the large that I paid for. So I went inside and asked for another bag and explained that I had ordered a large not a medium soda, she tried to tell me that they changed the sodas and that one I had was actually “now the large” as I’m looking at the stacks of cups I told her “no, that one is the large, this one is a medium” which I know she knew. Not sure why she’d rather lie to me instead of fixing the problem. She tried to again tell me that no that is an XL soda. so I asked her if that’s an XL then why is there only a small medium and large on their menu? Then she said “they just told me about it” Such a weird and petty thing of her to do. I’ve been going to this location for 10 years now. Never again. Read moreSo I went to this particular location 4x in the past 2.5 weeks attempting to order $3 potato wedges/classic /spicy, however was told they were “sold out” yet they have ads plastered in several locations around building/drive thru etc… Ok so this last visit (ads still brightly lit on menu ) again was told “sold out” I politely ask why they have been “sold out” of items as it’s 4th time attempting to purchase, and if Jack In The Box ever “intends on actually selling $3 wedges? The employee responds it’s an issue on a larger scale with “ their suppliers/distributors/shortage as they are unable to fulfill/ keep up with Jack In The Box orders/demands @ $3 Potato Wedges! Ok I get that those kinds of things happen in business.. ok then take down signage.. stop advertising $3 wedges. It’s misleading, hustling/corralling people into the drive thru $3 potato wedges that they don’t have “sold out “ then being we are already blocked in the SLOW moving drive thru might as well order something else spending $14 on a sloppy burger with a ginormous piece of lettuce, cold fries, a reg milkshake that was 50% whipped cream and cup was still not completely filled.
