I ordered a very berry hibiscus refresher venti size and a slice of banana loaf..the girl was polite that took my order over the speaker at drive thru window..when I finally got up to the window to get my stuff I ordered, I noticed the drink was grande size..I told the girl at the window, Michaela that I ordered a venti size..I politely asked if they could make me a venti size..she looked very irritated and turned to another girl to tell her I wanted a different size..I may have ordered the wrong size but it literally took 30 seconds to remake the drink..I did not appreciate Michaela’s attitude..we all have bad days but this it the first time any Starbucks employee has been rude to me..that is why I’m writing this complaint about service..after she handed me my drink I said thank you and she did not respond and turned away and began doing something else..I do not have a low voice so I know she heard me..she could have been cordial..I work with the public all day long so I know how people can be sometime but remain professional..clearly this employee does not fit the Starbucks brand..this experience made me not ever want to return to...
Read moreI come to this location approx 5 to 8 times a day and CASSIE is very rude. Sometimes I pick-up a personal order and other times I walk up to window to pick up uber eats or Door dash orders. She likes to shut the window rudely on the customers when she want to dismiss them. Then talks about customers thinking that it can't be heard but it can. When u asked her why my order pick up would take 28 mins when the Spanish speaking ladies she was speaking to ordered it only took 3 minutes for their drinks. She said they prioritize walk ups. I strongly discouraged uber, doordash & app orders from this location. Cassie should be mixing drinks because she has no customer service skills. Read moreVery upsetting, i order my drinks on the mobile app, it said it was going to be done by 1:53pm, got there at 1:55pm and was told two of my drinks was not ready yet, so i waited, drive thru had 5-6 cars, all drive thru cars got there drinks and i was just waitin on a vanilla bean grande, did not get my drinks until 2:05pm very upsetting, no line in front of me, it was just me and when the lady gave me my drinks she spoke to me rudely and fast because obviously she knew i was very upset. Very disappointing how people just took their time, if i knew, i wouldve went through drive thru to pick it up instead. Lazy workers, obviously drive thru is more prioritize.
