I usually come to this Starbucks about three times a week, but today’s experience was really disappointing. when It came to place my order, the employee cut me off before I could even finish. She just told me my total and moved on without confirming the rest of my order. Everything just felt really rushed.
When I got to the window, my drink was wrong. I had asked for an extra shot of espresso, which wasn’t added, and I also requested extra caramel drizzle—but instead of being drizzled properly, it was just squirted at the bottom of the cup. I tried to speak up, but the employee handed me my food, turned away, and ignored me. I had already waited over 20 minutes in line and didn't want to waste any more of my lunch so I left.
As someone who comes here regularly, I expect better service. This visit was disappointing and honestly made me rethink...
Read more(Drive thru) Multiple visits, different times of day and even different months (to give a fair review) Unfortunately extended wait times each visit (use the app, but not sure if it would help). Once in drive thru, taped signage notice saying cash only on menu (signage before entering drive thru might have been better, otherwise you’re stuck), featured food item (unavailable/ np it happens), received order and unfortunately ice coffee is ALL cream /milk (this happens often - I suggest to ask for side of cream instead). Gave 2 Stars respectfully to the polite and courteous employee who offered to remake my drink, unfortunately I just didn’t have the additional time to wait. I honestly believe patience and kindness goes a long way, however if you are in a pinch (hurry) you may want to try...
Read moreMy least favorite Starbucks I have visited due to poor customer service. Drive-thru customers take priority here and those who walk in are invisible. I walked in and waited 25 minutes for 2 hot coffee drinks. The worst part is that all of the employees walked away from the pick up counter after only giving me one of my drinks and left me standing there without checking to see that I had been taken care of. I had to get several employees attention to let them know that no one was helping me and no one had even begun to make my second drink. Employees were impersonal and indifferent.
