I placed an online order with you guys on this passed Saturday at 8:11pm for the pick up time at 8:45pm but when I arrived for my order you guys were closed. Upon calling to get a refund for my order that I could not pick up, I asked to speak with the manager to let them know what happened they told me the manager wasn’t available and to take a message. I went ahead and told her what happened so she proceeded to tell me she’s going to let the manager know in order to resolve this issue. When she comes back to the phone they tell me that they can remake my food from the order I placed two days ago. I’m sorry but this was 2 days ago why would I still want this order? I want a refund? They proceeded to tell me that it’s not their fault that the hours on the online booking site are not in their control and that it’s basically my fault that I placed the order after hours?? Like how is this even ethically to blame the customer for falsely advertising what time the food is available to be picked up after...
Read morePros: Good/ friendly service. I was greeted with a smile, and the person taking my order was helpful. Cons: Possibly the worst burger I've ever eaten. The patty was over cooked and dry. I wasn't a fan of the sauce/ seasoning. The use of Wagyu is just a gimmick here as far as I can tell; this burger was similar in texture to a high school cafeteria burger. My order was to go and it included potato wedges. They should really be packed separately from the burger and not smashed into the same closed container; by the time I got home (about a 5 minute drive) they were soggy and gross. Also: They should really offer a large drink option. I also noticed that the menu screen showed the potato wedges were priced at $3.75 and my receipt showed that I was charged $4.00. There is definitely a legality issue here. In the end, although the service was friendly, the food was dismal and the food is the whole point of going to a restaurant, right? Probably wont...
Read moreok so first off, if you actually want to try wagyu then don't eat it in burger form. the tagline of this place being "marbled to perfection" is hilarious because all that marbling no longer matters if it's being ground up and blended. you can tell they over-work the beef here so they aren't even textured well.
Fun fact: american "wagyu" cows aren't full blooded so don't truly carry many shared genetics or living conditions of real wagyu, they're usually cross bred with angus cows and aren't raised in stress free environments which immensely affects the flavor.
if this was actually real wagyu then lmfao what a waste of an expensive cut. I assume it's just a blend of funky fat and beef which gives the illusion of being wagyu to those who haven't tasted it.
pass on this one, there are better tasting and better priced...
