Starbucks — Restaurant in Fresno

I really like the staff here. A young woman was working the register and a guy who was being very confrontational came in and was giving her a hard time. Nothing would placate this guy who was going off on her about not having the Italian seltzer in the cooler front section. He complained the whole time. She held her cool and handled the situation Perfectly. She was the perfect image of curteous to this man who didn't deserve any of it. Once he left after his unnecessary rant. She gave me my coffee and apologized and then charged my card back to me and gave me my order for free. I was so touched by her offer that at first I didn't want to have it back. It was very nice of her. I wish I knew her name but I'll say it here. To the young miss working the night shift on the register on 8/12/19, i give all the props and kudos to you for being grace under fire and the example we should all set our selves to follow...

Most of the time Starbucks is pretty decent they get my drink right. but lately I've been having an issue with one of the male cashiers could just doesn't have a great personality. If there's an issue with my drink it sounds like he's questioning me. Excuse me I've been ordering my when significant drink for the last two decades. And never changes it's always the same. but when they missed the mark and they don't get my drink right I asked them if they could alter it maybe add a little bit more milk at a little bit more caramel cuz I do order a nonfat upside down iced caramel macchiato. and he looks at me like if I just questioned the grand poobah of Starbucks and how dare you ask me to change the drink that I made you. totally totally unhappy today second time I've run into him and I don't like it they need to get him cleaning the bathrooms taking care of the lobby or even better yet the...

Arrived to order in drive thru 9:51, made my order, but forgot to add one so I Needed to add an extra coffee of the same kind, mind you the car ahead took 10 mins to get his order as I can tell they might have got something wrong because they kept going back and forth… pulled up window and asked if I can add the drink and sh first said yes then turned around and whatever her co workers said then tells me she can’t add it on since it’s closed already and they’re “ cleaning”, mind you I’m in front of them lol I wasn’t ordering some complicated drink, all I asked for was another of the same kind “sugar freee vanilla latte” how is this extra ? Or keeping them from cleaning up …. She doesn’t even say anything just hands me the food and there.
