Doesn’t even deserve one star. By far the WORST Taco Bell. Incredibly rude cashier. No sense of customer service at all. I went and ordered through the drive thru I want to say around 12AM. Turns out my order was wrong. Okay, that’s fine, I just went back and waited and just wanted my order remade correctly. That’s it. But guess what I got? Look, I would not have written anything bad about this place, but I am now because of the rude cashier and her terrible service to top it off. She was not only rude, but she got my order wrong THREE times! All in one wait in the drive thru. She gave me no receipt, and in addition, she also kept throwing bag after bag at me. I ended up with three freakin bags, all wrong orders. GET IT RIGHT!!!!! My order remade correctly without her in my face with her ugly attitude, all unpleasant and argumentative towards me, just my food done right, that’s all I really wanted, even if her attitude sucked. But her attitude made her keep getting my order wrong again and again. I told her I was vegan, and asked her if she remembered my order from earlier when I first went through the drive thru to order, and she said “yes I remember” so because she said that, I assumed she would tell her crew how to make my order right this time. Then she hands me a bag. I check and open up the wrap, and it had cheese. I had to tell her, “hey, it has cheese, remember I asked if you remembered my order? I’m a vegan, so I can’t have cheese.... “ and she snapped saying “I don’t know what vegan is you have to explain to me.” In my head I was like (how do you not know, so you just assumed?) To that I said “well, I never got my receipt, The order was all correct except its sub for beans, I don’t want meat. I need it just like the receipt says, the only thing is I want beans not meat.... then I look at her to see if she understood cause it kept seeming as if she didn’t get it... so she went back and yelled at her crew how to make it.... I get yet another wrong order thrown at me.... I had a feeling it was wrong, so I check it... finally it’s actually right this time, but what was wrong was her behavior. I didn’t leave without my jaw dropping upon seeing her face when she’d demand at me not to snatch the bag out of her hand, like really, then she yells at the manager that I snatched it, making stuff up, what’s worse is that I almost cried because of how bad she treated me, yelling at me, demanding me to act a certain way, and refusing to help me, and she was arguing with me aggressively telling me “we aren’t accomplishing anything with you arguing” WOW. So tell me, a customer coming back and letting you know that their order was wrong, and merely telling you how it’s wrong, how is that arguing? YOU telling the customer how to act and giving her a mean face? No smile, no personality, huge angry eyes that could kill, and throwing bags upon bags at them, and giving them orders, and yelling at the manager to give me a refund???!!!! REALLY??!!! Girl, I didn’t want a refund, I wanted to eat, I had a long day on the road, my only day off, and you refusing to make my order right and starve me (you guys were the only closest taco bell open late, mind you) and I was exhausted. I didn’t need your horrible customer service. I was just hungry and wanted my food - that was it. But she accomplished making me feel horrible, I didn’t feel I got treated right, she was hateful, angry, hostil, and her eyes were full of evil. Whoever manages that particular restaurant needs to do something about her work ethic, because in a service industry, that’s what you do - you provide service, good service. Not like hers she’s a terrible example. I work for customer service for nearly 5 years myself, and in the position she has m, too, so I get it’s not always easy, but she didn’t have to treat me like that, I didn’t deserve that. Four times we have had problems with this branch leaving out our food items. The first two times we left it alone because it was a long tiring day. The third time it happened we were able to drive back to pick up the rest of our order, two tacos and chalupa supreme.
We were polite when asking about getting the items left behind and we were treated like an inconvenience. We were not rude, and we answered politely after them asking to confirm what was left out of our order more than once. The person completely ignored what we ordered, she gave us the regular version of our beef tacos instead of supreme and the chalupa. This was after confirming with us twice at the box and twice at the window. By the end she was rude and just handed us the bag of replacements in a hurry even though we returned at a lucky time with no people behind us in line. We didn't want to be rude or escalate situation and left. Unfortunately that's when we noticed the incorrect order replacements. Every time we come here they forget the chalupa supreme in our order.
We only came back to try and give it another shot. This time the person at the drive thru was really nice and friendly. She even read every item in our order. So we were confident our order would be complete. We were wrong, once again they left out our chalupa supreme. I honestly can't understand why chalupa supremes are always left out.

Read moreI had got the 12 pack of tacos and it only took a smell of (which I had originally thought maybe was the wrapper) the taco and one bite of the crunchy taco take back the food. And, that one bite left such a horrible after taste in my mouth. I had first tried calling before I got back in the long line but no answer after trying approximately 7 times. Got back in line let them know, the girl at the drive thru was unfriendly and when I tried telling her what I thought was wrong with the tacos and if she can let the manager know, she ignored me. I did order different items in exchange for the bad food. And, even that was disgusting. We had gotten a Chalupa box and a #6 Chulupa meal. All of the food was not only cold but the breading on the Chalupa wasn't even cooked. . I honestly don't know how they are not shut down. When handing me my new items the drive thru lady only gave me part of my order and as I was waiting there for her to give me the rest of it they kept looking my way and restocking items. I had tried getting their attention many times then finally she opened the window and I had to tell her that she had forgotten my Chalupa box. This is one place I will never return to again.
