Tacos y Mariscos Tijuana — Restaurant in Fresno

Terrible service. The waitresses and cooks behind wall are disrespectful. I was standing by the entrance where i notice a couple waiting to be seated and where completely ignored. The couple got up and left dissatisfied. As they where walking out I over heard them complaining about how they got ignored.. I turned to the waitresses and cooks to see their reaction and it was laughter and judging of the girls body and dress which I found so disgusting let alone the food..... Food nothing to do with Tijuana... Like Vallarta nothing to do with Mexico. It's the name people go thinking...oooo wow the food must really be good there it's Tijuana flavor Taco's and seafood. All in all the food was just alright, good enough to grab a quick bite but nothing there for me to want to go back. But again that's just me a 250lb guy who loves Mexican food and have had plenty of it and this to me has nothing to do with Tijuana nore Mexico.

And as far as the cooks and waitresses well... That lady you criticized doesn't know or mite not known what you have said and done but I hope she doesn't come back and other people follow suit. I hope this finds it's way to the owner and he accepts this criticism and find a way to help his employees mature or get better help to run and not ruin...

Poor customer service. I walk in to pick up my order. I wait there for a while before any one of the employees acknowledge that I’m there even though they’ve passed me several times. One worker asks me if I’m going to order. I said I was there to pick up an order and told her my name. She continues to put the dishes away. She grabs my order, leaves it on the counter and then leaves to clear a table. I’m waiting there some more. Another customer walks in and a different employee, seemed to be the manager, welcomes her in right away and asks her her name for her order. She gets her order and then asks me if I have been helped. I said I guess and I’m not sure. The other worker is clearing tables. The worker who started helping comes back. The other employee whispers something to her. The employee clearing the tables didn’t wash her hands after touching the used dishes where other customers have put their germs on from using them and then...

Amazing food and service bathroom art was sensational

But for real this is a very authentic delicious Mexican restaurant I highly recommend eating here. I think they opened recently within the last 5 years not too sure though cuz I'm out of town from hawaii. We don't have much Mexican restaurants in Hawaii so when I come out to Fresno I try to eat a lot of Mexican. To me the salsa was extremely fresh and that's how I grade really good mexican. It's about that salsa that fresh blend that really brings out the dish. I really also enjoy the art not only the deliberate interior design art to complement the customers flavor awareness but also the street art in the bathroom had its own unique fingerprint. Which tells me there's local awareness to the spot a functioning nutritional hub...
