Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fresno

Every time I order, please keep in mind this is for delivery service only. The Fresno location , has no delivery drivers only third party door dash which is usually awful it’s like explaining to a blind drunk guy who doesn’t speak English where I am at. And it seems like the entire ethnic population in Fresno is employed by door dash. To make matters worse on multiple occasions the drivers have asked me to come outside my apartment after I explain I’m disabled and that’s why I cannot come out. The other primary complaint I have is Pizza Hut is so cheap they quit including napkins and plates. Now it has become hit and miss with receiving them upon requesting them. Long are the 90’d over with where you would order Pizza Hut and receive plates napkins and a full regulation basketball with every order....

I dont normaly go to this location. But this time i did and placed an order online. My order was done in 15 minutes. So i drove over and noticed they have contacless curbside. So i called when I got there and notified them that I was there. They came out with A pizza and informed me they forgot 1 topping.They asked if I could wait 8 mins and they will remake it. As a kind gesture they gave me the one that was missing a topping for free. I stayed for my original order. The staff was friendly and apologized for making the mistake which sometimes happens. I would make this one my go to pick up place...

Ashlan n Blackstone..You guys really should train your drivers to ask for debit card that was paid with upon delivery cus you driver delivered to the wrong apt.. and then told me it was gna be another 35mins for re-delivery.. they could have at least accommodated us with at least free delivery..cus it was their driver's mistake for not asking for any kinda proof of purchase especially in an apt complex. So some thief got a free meal n they still had to refund my money...cus I was not about to wait another...
