If I was able to give no starts I would...I have gone to this Pollo loco several of times, and the last few times I got a girl named Jacqueline was the one who was on drive thru.she doesn't make any eye contact..she just has such a snarky attitude every time I make a payment....she always wants to argue with me when I ask for extra avocado sauce...one of the managers had to intervene once because she was being so rude..he apologized for her attitude...I went back today and there she was again with attitude and all, refused to give me extra avocado sauce "claimed that they were almost out of it"...on top of that the chicken that I got was extremely extremely small it look like it had just been sitting there all day..I will no longer go to the El Pollo Loco I will not go to a place where im not being treated with respect. When I went back inside and showed my receipt they said ok. 15 minutes later (one girl was filling little cups, another walking around with a phone, asking the girl who was cooking more chicken "if she could talk to her. The guy at the counter, was pleasant but being as it was a little slow maybe he should of put on some gloves and made the salad. They continued taking drive through orders. I would think when a customer comes back because something was missing, that would be a priority. Then after 15 minutes, the girl who made the salad, put it on the counter all the.way at the end, very softly announced what it was and walked away. So, it wasn't clear if it was mine. I was like let's speak to a manager this is a chicken place and they have over an hour to close! So the employee ended up saying unless you want to wait 30mins? Umm.. yes we'll wait! It took over 15mins just to get out of the drive-thru line just to be parked.. it gets you thinking why would you say there's no more chicken if you can cook some?
