The food was okay...nothing to get excited or upset about with one small exception: THE PRICE! I had one triple burger, no cheese, ketchup and mustard only. I like to pride myself on never flinching when discovering the amount one is required to pay...But I admit the lady who was already in the lobby (waiting on her food) probably thought she was going to catch COVID-19...from me! Because I was demonstrably going into respiratory arrest (without the aid of a ventilator) after the cashier matter-of-factor predicted my certain near-future financial collapse. I'm not even sure the cashier could hear me as I groveled "ten dollars? Just give me the small fries with that, not medium...and then I stopped myself and retained my dignity, though I was never going to give them the satisfaction of knowing they had finally broken me. I calmly handed her my last ten dollar bill when I meekly uttered I think I have the seventy-two cents... She replied "that'll be fine!, Sir." What may have seemed like a blowout at the beginning of the game, actually ended up being a fairly close match up after all..thanks to a late score (I actually gave her seventy-FIVE cents (instead of $0.72) and added the two-point conversion: "Keep...

Read moreReally disappointing service! As an assistant manager to a large dept. Store, I know how to run a team of employees. This Wendy's doesn't have a clue. By the time I got to the drive thru order menu no one talked on the microphone. I waited, and waited. By 4 minutes, I said hello? The girl replied, what can I get you? The drive thru wait had to be about 15 to 20 minutes.. when I got to the window, the young girls working on a Friday night we're laughing and out loud talking about their ASS loud and clear. All horse play, immature.. can we get a business here? That serves customers and not trash? Never did the girl address my order. She took my money and continued talking to her co workers, laughing and about going out to party and how her ASS needs to get out. Really Wendy's, if you had a professional manager, you could run this store right. Getting all drive thru orders answered as soon as they pull up, orders out quickly, and polite, respectable customer service. I'll go somewhere else and let my friends know the service there sucks and it's...
