First, I would put negative stars if I could. Second, some of the ice cream was partly melted. Third, you can only pay using cash (which is disappointing since this is a tourist location). Fourth, they didn’t help people based by their order in line they would help whoever was ready. Fifth, the customer service was nonexistent! I have never in my life experience such rude employees. They started YELLING at my family in front of a line full of people because we were simply asking a question about our bill. They claimed we had an attitude and that we were in the wrong which was not the case. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would tell you to walk a block around the corner to a different ice cream shop that actually treats their customers with respect.

This ice cream shop was great, we went each day of our trip! All the flavors we got were delicious (I highly recommend the caramel caribou!), and the staff were super friendly!

To address the negative reviews: Yes, it's cash only. There are signs all over it that say so. No, they don't offer free samples. Neither does the grocery store. Yes, prices are bit high, but the portions were good. It was nothing unexpected for a tiny ISLAND or when compared to the prices everywhere else on the ISLAND.

Worst costumer service in the area! My daughter and her cousins went down to get ice cream for birthday party. When they asked for a sample she rolled her eyes and yelled FINE! She assumed that they were only there for samples. The only time she seemed happy, was when they pulled out their money. When they ordered, she was annoyed with how long they were taking.
