I waited in line outside for 15min. The one taking orders was going back and forth between the inside and outside line taking orders through a window. But when it was finally my turn he said he was going to prioritize the inside line which had about 10 to 12 people waiting in it. He was going to take 10 to 12 peoples order before mine after I had waited in line for about 15 minutes just like everyone else. It was no secret there were two lines and only one person taking orders. Then he informed me that once he took my order, it would be 30 minutes before my order would be ready because everybody from inside would be placed before mine.
I get that when it gets busy it can be hard on staff. But everyone in both lines were being patient and kind. And I didn’t see why he couldn’t continue to go back-and-forth between both lines as he had been. Read moreI ordered the veggie burrito and a cinnamon roll and when I took a bite out the burrito it obviously had a bunch of meat in it and I'm a vegetarian. This wasn't a big deal to me at all but when I went to give it back the workers behind the register gave me attitude and made a remark to there workers about how I've took a bite out of it. How was I suppose to know it had meat in it if I didn't take a bite or cut it open before I ate it? The workers then ignored me and just started making a new veggie burrito. When I finally got the attention of the worker and expressed that I didn't have time because I needed to catch the ferry; they told me it's going to be hard to give me a refund but they will try to find my order to refund after they helped the people in the line. I've been coming to the island my whole life and there is plenty of other places that have wonder food...
