I’ve been to this jersey mikes 4 times this year. Every single time I’ve come it’s been memorable. But never for a good reason. This 4th time got me to finally write a review. I give it 1 star and that star goes to the food. It’s excellent. If they were hand me the sub and I had zero interaction with anyone then this would be a different review. But unfortunately it’s the people at this jersey mikes that makes me not want to come back. first time in I ordered a steak and cheese, I added bacon and when I got home no bacon. No problem. I called and they said I could have a replacement sub free next time I go in, again perfect. I go in about a week later and I ask for the sub, after about 5 minutes of verifying and calling the manager that approved my free sub, they finally started. They asked what I wanted and I said the sub I ordered last time with bacon. The employee refused. “Bacon is extra” he said. I was confused. “Yes it is, but that’s the reason I’m getting a replacement sub, because I paid for bacon and didn’t get it last time” he refused again. I asked if they could call the manager again, they refused. “You only get a standard sub for free” I was upset, but took the sub because the employee started to get visibly upset, and he had no issue raising his voice in front of other people. I took my sub but was upset with what I had to go through to get it, and not even the sub I was wanting. This last interaction did it for me though. After almost 6 months from that horrible experience I wanted to give it another shot, the food was good and hopefully this time things would be different. Wrong, I walked in and asked if they had anything else with steak that wasn’t the Philly. The employee made zero eye contact, rolled his eyes and pointed vaguely to his left, no words. Assuming he was pointing at the menu I quickly scanned up looking for the steak section. He then said we have the Philly. I said ok, I’ll just do that then, I was already a little annoyed but whatever. I said I’ll just do that then, no onions. He rolled his eyes again. “The Philly only comes with peppers and onions, you want no onions” I couldn’t believe I was being talked down to.
Yes I said.
He then rang me up, grabbed the money and walked away. All with zero eye contact.
Maybe it’s just my luck, but every time I have an interaction with someone here. They’re disrespectful, smug, and rude. I will never be...
Read moreIt was absolutely terrible experience so terrible I'm not sure if I ever visit any Jersey Mikes locations ever again. I ordered delivery through the app. I am pregnant and felt too light headed to drive so I chosoe delivery through Jersey Mikes directly. When I found out they gave my order to door dash I was furious I don't do door dash because they are unreliable so I thought that was super misleading of Jersey Mikes to do such a thing.. and of course we had a problem with our order and they gave us a regular sized sub instead of a giant we already paid for.... So instead of enjoying my meal with my husband and trying to get some food down to feel not so light headed, I had to call the Jersey Mikes store to tell them what happened. It got even worse instead of immediately offered me a refund for the lack of sub that was supposed to be my husbands half of his sub he said I could come there and get a coupon for the same price....then it changed to cash refund that I would still have to unsafely drive there in person. I said no I am in no condition to drive, absolutely not. I was told it was impossible to refund my card which I knew was not accurate. I have had this same mistake happened with door dash before partnered with a restaurant and a mistake happened of course (why I would never use door dash again, direct delivery only from the resturaunt for me from that moment on) and they knew how to refund me before-you just look the credit card number up... So this is the GM I am told I speaking to and he said he didn't know how to give me a refund. Which made my blood pressure raise too high to be safe and endangered my child. He eventually called me back and told me he could give me the refund. Enough said on why I would never want to visit a single Jersey Mikes in person even again because this left such a bad taste...
Read moreThis Jersey Mikes had been pretty good but not recently. Our last three orders have been done wrong.
We usually order through the app but tonight I called it in. When I picked up the order I check the detailed receipt to make sure the ingredients were right and they were. So I was good to go until I got home - two sandwiches ordered and both were wrong - one had tomato’s that shouldn’t have had them and one didn’t have bacon that should have been on it.
Small things right but since this was the third order in a row that was wrong I was annoyed. I called the store and asked for the manager. I’ll admit to being annoyed but the person I talked to seemed like she really couldn’t care less. I really would like to talk to the owner if this is a franchise because the service level of this store has really fallen off and that is a shame. We had been pretty regular customers since the store opened and the location is really convenient but unless the service improves we won’t be back anytime soon. And I doubt that I’m the only customer that’s had...
