I recently visited Chipotle and would like to share my detailed review of the restaurant. Overall, my experience was a mixture of positives and negatives, encompassing food quality, customer service, and pricing.
Let's begin with the highlight of my visit – the food. Chipotle's offerings were indeed delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant and well-seasoned bowl meal I ordered. The ingredients were well-prepared and of high quality. The vegetables were crisp, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was delightful. In terms of taste, Chipotle definitely lived up to its reputation.
However, I must express some dissatisfaction with the customer service. While not terrible, it left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm that would have enhanced the overall experience. The service appeared rushed, and there was minimal interaction with the customers. Although this didn't directly impact the quality of the food, it did dampen the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. With a more attentive and friendly approach, Chipotle could significantly improve its customer service.
Regrettably, after consuming my meal at Chipotle, I experienced a severe stomachache and, eventually, diarrhea for the rest of the evening. While it's difficult to determine the exact cause, it is worth mentioning that this was an unfortunate outcome of my dining experience. It is important for Chipotle to ensure food safety and make efforts to address any potential issues that may cause such discomfort among their customers.
One aspect that could not be overlooked during my visit was the high price. I was taken aback by the cost of my meal, which amounted to $32 for a kids' meal and a bowl meal. Considering the portion sizes and ingredients, it felt disproportionate. While I understand that quality ingredients and sustainable sourcing come at a price, it would be beneficial for Chipotle to re-evaluate their pricing strategy to maintain a better balance between affordability and quality.
In conclusion, my visit to Chipotle was a mixed experience. While the food was undeniably delicious, the customer service left room for improvement. Additionally, the unfortunate aftermath of an upset stomach after consuming the meal was a significant drawback. Lastly, the high prices are something that potential customers should be mindful of. Overall, while there were positives, it is important to consider these factors when deciding to...
Read moreI went to the Friendswood location on June 26th around 12:15 And went through the pick up line for the order that I Ordered on the app. I drove back to work, which was just right around the corner from the chipotle location and began to eat my chicken bowl that I ordered, and I noticed there was a beetle in my food. I decided to go back to the location to get a refund and the manager, Nicolas, told me that I had to call a 1-800 Number to get a refund since I ordered on the app. He then just walked away without apologizing or anything that I had a bug in my food. I feel he should have had some type of remorse that his location that he manages has bugs in the food that they are serving. That makes me wonder what else is going on at this location if he has no reaction to the fact that I had a bug in my food. I was extremely respectful and kept a low voice when there were other customers around to not embarrass your company and then your employee turns around and has no reaction to me eating food with bugs in it. I did not finish my food and threw it away because the bug. Attached is a photo of the beetle in my food. If you zoom in you can see the face and arms and legs of the beetle. That is unacceptable. Apart from the beetle being in my food, the food that I did eat was not good. The rice seemed old and sticky And it was just all around not a good meal. After speaking to chipotle customer care, all they gave me was 2 free entrees despite me stating I won’t be back. They did not refund my almost $17 I spend on contaminated food. Dont waste your time...
Read moreWife and I can here for lunch the other day. I honestly just starter eating Chipotle about 2 months ago after a friend took me here and I love Chipotles food now. Any how both of were greeted and we both ordered bowls. Wife got the white rice with chicken and all the extras. I'm a little different. I asked for white rice with no cilantro like I do at every other Chipotle I go to and it's never a problem. When I asked the guy just stood and stared and me and was like we don't have that. I explained to him yes sir you do you have pans of rice already cooked without the cilantro added yet. He proceeded to go ask his co-worker and she showed him were the rice was. The whole time he just seemed super annoyed that he had to do that which kinda made me a little mad being I was about to order like a $25 bowl. I always get white rice. double pinto beans, double chicken, and add pork as well. We both got chips and a drink. It was like a little over $50 in which I didn't mind. All the tables in there were completely dirty and not clean at all. The food in the bowl was very good as always. The chips were completely stale and was horrible. The location honestly needs a tune up because all the other locations I have been put off a good vibe from employees, restaurant is clean, and kitchen is very productive. I will this location 1 more time and if same result will not come back and be sure to spread the word on...
