Horrible service. If you want pizza just order from Dan's Pizza in the 'Mont (down the street). It took this Domino's location over 4 hours to deliver the cheesy bread we ordered. If you report a problem with an order online Domino's wont fix the order, they'll only offer you a 20% off coupon for 1 item or a free medium pizza that has to be used within 30 days.
Here is the long story of how they wasted half of my Saturday: 4:18 pm - I place an order for 2 medium pizzas, cheesy bread, and a dessert. 5:40 pm - Our order finally arrives but without the cheesybread. The delivery driver didn't knock, just left the order and walked off. Luckily we were watching out our window so it didn't just sit outside unattended. We immediately call to report the problem with our order and they say they'll make a new cheesy bread and deliver it to us. 7:15 pm - I call AGAIN because we still have not recieved our cheesy bread and the employee says that the General Manager left with our bread "a while ago." I say "okay, it should get here soon" because we live less than 10 minutes from the store and they have already left to deliver it. 7:37 pm - I call a third time because the 10 minute drive to deliver our bread has taken over 20 minutes and this time I'm told that the general manager delivered it to the wrong address because they didn't write down our address before leaving đ¤ the employee says they are starting a new cheesy bread order for us. I mention that it's been almost 4 hours since I placed my original order and they said "sorry" and hung up. 8:04 pm - I get an automated phone call saying our order is out for delivery 8:23pm - our cheesybread finally arrives. This delivery driver doesn't say anything again but at least knocked this time. In total it took 4 hours and 5 minutes to deliver our...
Read moreUPDATE: July 2018 I think this location has gotten its act together. No more raucous environment and the food has been dependably great for a long time now. I have no reservations about eating here.
Note:This is a review of the Domino's store in this location. Not the Mexican food store that used to be here.
I love the new Dominos lineup. Their pizzas are greatly improved on since my youth when they were basically cardboard with tomato sauce. My son loves the deep dish with double pepperoni. I love their thin crust Hawaiian pizza.
But this review is for this location, which just opened a couple of months ago. When they first opened, the service was great. I never had a problem with the food or service. But in the last couple of weeks I've noticed a change. We ordered two pizzas that came out burnt to a crisp that we had to return. The manager was gracious and took back the burnt pizzas and replaced them for free.
A couple of days ago I went in to pick up an online order. They've put in, or allowed their employees to bring in, a stereo system blasting hip hop music throughout the store. It was so loud I couldn't understand the young girl working the cash register. She had to yell what she was saying so I could hear her.
I'm not saying the service was bad. They were all still as helpful and pleasant as before. But I'm getting a vibe that the the manager may be losing control of the employees. Pizzas shouldn't be getting burnt to a crisp, employees shouldn't be boxing burnt pizzas, and the store shouldn't sound like the inside of a night club.
I'm still giving a good review because my family loves their pizza and the service overall is still good. But I'm worried it's headed down...
Read moreI am only giving 2 stars because of the kind and respectful gentleman that assisted us. Other than that, the wait time to get our pizzas was ridiculous considering there was nobody else there and they had like 4 other people in the back working, including the assistant manager. By the way, she was the most rude person there. Our cousin asked if she could use the restroom and the gentleman who helped us said unfortunately he couldn't open the door without his manager's auth. We said that was okay, no problem. A couple of minutes later she passed by and she asked what happened so he tried explaining that he had told us we couldn't use the restroom and she didn't even address us to explain why (security reasons, our lobby's closed, it's being cleaned) she simply shook her head no as if we were children and walked of saying no. She was being very rude with her workers and it just wasn't a good look or feeling. Unfortunately, she was a white woman so, working with 80% minorities (at least on that shift) and having nothing but minorities coming in at that time (a couple more people did come in after we placed our order) you should be more considerate of the way you address people. But I guess, this review won't really make a difference since she is related to the manager of this location. Just as a warning to others going here, if you have some sort of issue, the assistant manager probably...
