Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a soda and didn’t even get a straw. Asked for some fire sauces, and got none! It wasn’t even that I was being rude or anything. I was super nice to them throughout the whole pickup, even thanked them at the end with a smile. I am not sure why I was treated in such poorly manner. On the top of that, I am a regular here! Very, very disappointed. I am back again to tell y’ll that this place continues to disappoint me!!! They need to start putting English-Speaking employees at the drive-thru answering machine, because I ordered 1 veggie Mexican pizza and a bean burrito and somehow was charged for 2 of each. On my first visit the lady said in annoyance if anyone was going to order from her instead of the kiosk, so I went up only for her to ignore me and go back to the drive through. Both times I ordered 2 soft tacos extra cheese no lettuce, I got 2 soft tacos regular cheese no lettuce. Also today, my sister ordered and they served 3 people who came in and ordered after her before they asked her what she ordered and took another 10 minutes to get it to her. I literally placed my order at 1:58pm, by the time I got to the window and handed the cashier my money, I asked her about the drinks being half off.. she says “it wasn’t after 2 when I placed my order” okay I get that and understand but I’m paying and receiving my order well after 2. I just feel like that was poor customer service on her part, and if she knew she couldn’t give me the price 1/2 off.. she should’ve let me know beforehand while I was at the intercom.
