Very disappointing. Spent $44 in your store tonight…the giant Italian sandwich that was supposed to have extra meat, didn’t…one very thin layer of pepperoni and equally thin layer of salami. Barely any pickles or banana peppers as I had ordered. The other two sandwiches we ordered were okay. The wide variability in sandwich quality/quantity in this store is the reason we won’t be back. Some days we get beautiful sandwiches (we ALWAYS order the same thing) and other days we don’t. And days like today? Seems pretty clear two different people made our food. One cared, one didn’t. Really, how hard can it be to follow a sandwich order correctly?
I was a little surprised when I walked in tonight and saw only two other customers. Come to think of it, that’s often the case when we visit this Friendswood location…somewhere between empty and minimal business. Tonight the line at the Mod Pizza next to you was out the door. Still couldn’t decide... got a mini Original Italian (Mike’s Way) and a regular Famous Philly (don’t judge). The Original was tasty and fresh with a nice twang from the vinegar and oil.
The Famous Philly was beyond good. The drive home gave it a chance to cool enough to not burn my mouth (fairly common, don’t judge) and the bread was nicely steamed in the paper bag. Delicious.
Came back for lunch today.
Give them a try. The staff is friendly and the...

The employees are always so friendly and respectful and such care taken for my gluten free sandwich prep. Employees work hard here, it's always such a pleasure. Today a young man in line, a customer named Daniel, wearing an Iron Sharpens Iron TShirt, honored my father by asking to show his gratitude for my dad's service to our country by buying our meal for us. Daniel, wherever you are, you touched our lives today. I was speechless. These are the kind of things that happen in a great place with...
