Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Friendswood

Every time I go into tropical smoothie cafe store to order a smoothie the employee brings the smoothie to me. Doesn’t just leave it on the counter, which is fine for other places, but I just thought this was a very unique experience and every time I order a smoothie I always feel like I’m on vacation. Furthermore I really enjoy white chocolate powder that they add to the drinks and I usually add extra and I’ve yet to find a smoothie place that adds the same white chocolate powder. I mean good for one company to corner market on that.

I super appreciate the rewards and incentives from being a member of Tropical Smoothie Café. TSC also gives points for each drink and a free welcome drink, and also the referral reward drink when referring as well I also use my points and accumulate them.

My family friend tried the mixed berry Greek bowl that had a Chia oatmeal pudding with fresh bananas, blueberries, and granola. It has the perfect amount of balance and texture ranging from crunchy to smooth; it was delicious with the bites I had of it....

Excellent And Exceptional Customer Service, I went In to go buy a smoothie and it was made very well, however I have a locking mechanism on my apparently on certain transactions that I wasn’t aware after I called my gf, anyway this sweet young lady actually both workers there are awesome and patient. Furthermore I attempted to use my card it didn’t work and the young lady saw me trying to figure out what was wrong and kinda semi frustrated, after seeing me like that she offered me her smoothie that she gets per shift when she works! I’m very thankful and appreciate that young ladies kindness and act of good humanity!! We need more workes like those two young ladies that assisted me today! Let me start by saying that I love Tropical Smoothie. I started eating there in the early 2000's in Florida. This location is one to avoid. I've had numerous issues here. Tonight I ordered online, picked up, and brought it home. My wrap was not wrapped properly and ended up a sloppy wet salad with a wet tortilla. I ordered a smoothie that I get all the time and the flavor is lackluster. I ordered extra sauces that I paid for but they didn't put it in the bag. When I brought it to their attention, I told them exactly what sauces were missing and they still didn't give me the right sauces.
