As part of my routine, I often enjoy having breakfast at McDonald’s while working outside my home. I regularly choose McDonald’s over other options such as Whataburger or Cracker Barrel because of the consistent value and good taste.
During my recent visit 8-28 to your location, I ordered my usual Big Country breakfast. Since I forgot to include a drink, I asked for a cup of water, only to be told it would cost $0.81. This surprised me, as in my experience at many other McDonald’s locations across the area, water is provided at no additional charge. While I understand that operating costs and consumables must be managed, charging for water in this way—without clear disclosure—felt unreasonable and out of line with what customers expect from the brand.
I initially tried to order a drink through the kiosk, but ultimately decided to cancel and take my food home instead. As someone who has been a loyal McDonald’s customer, particularly for breakfast, this experience left me disappointed. It felt less about the price itself and more about the principle—being charged for something that is generally treated as a basic courtesy at other locations.
I recognize that franchise owners must make independent decisions to remain profitable; as a former franchisee myself, I understand that perspective. However, I believe practices like this diminish customer trust and loyalty. For me personally, it has tipped the balance—I will no longer be visiting this location, though I will continue to support other McDonald’s restaurants that uphold the values and consistency I’ve come to expect.
I share this feedback not out of anger but to make my voice heard as a loyal customer who felt devalued over what should have been a small, straightforward request. I hope you will consider how such policies impact the long-term relationship between your business and the people who keep it running:...
Read moreI love McDonalds, i despise this location. Every time i eat here they mess up my order. Its always small like no sauce or a missing burger, but is literally every single time. This alone i feel like is a realistic disappointment, alot of fast food places mess up orders. My main issue is with this particular McDonalds employee that is very creepy and unsettling. I do not know his name but he is a white man around or over six feet tall with a bulky build and long hair. Every time i have seen him here he is constantly starting at me and walking past me many times, like he's hovering around me. It’s suffocating. Ive ignored it in the past since he’s not always working, but today was the final straw for me. Me and my brother were waiting on our order, and this employee had already done his fair share of antics (Staring at us, passing by us multiple times when no other employee has) when for NO reason with zero explanation he stepped in front of me and my brother and leaned like THREE feet forward with his face, just silently staring at us for a few seconds before walking off. I wanted to just leave without my food at this point, and if they hadn’t called my name so soon after i probably would have. When i grabbed the food off the counter my brother was by the kiosk and the moment he saw me grabbing the food McCreep walked between me and my brother to the point me and my brother BOTH had to suck in our waist and press against our surroundings (me, pressing into the counter and my brother pressing against the kiosk) just so we wouldn’t have to touch this man. It is ridiculous what you have to endure just waiting for your order! The food doesn't even take that long to come out, i couldn’t imagine the immense harassment that must come with dining in. Im never stepping foot in here again after today, and im going home to take a shower after such a violating...
Read moreWent to pick up an cx uber order at 11:44pm 12/4 1 car in drive thru and no customers in the store. I proceeded to the drive thru per the description that if we didn't feel like getting out of the car drive thru is allowed photo will be posted. Gentleman on the speaker addressed me and I let him know that i was there for uber order 180 he then tells me uber orders has to come inside. I then explain to him it's written in the description box i can show him other wise cuts me off Repeats uber orders come inside and ends the order taking. At this point yes i am upset. I passionately go inside and demand to speak to the manager who isn't wearing a name badge to explain to the how the employee just treated me and I show him as well what is written in the app on order pick up. He then forcibly tells me that I need to calm down. (Everytime I go there that gentleman is rude in some way or form) And explains the owner of that McDonald's requires inside pick up. My reply is isn't it the owner who types this in? It must be because the rules are all different per McDonalds. He says idk and then ask for the order i give him name and number i was told before just the last 3 is needed. The he says I said what's the number and Then I reply with...
