Buyer Beware of this location and their Management:
Ordered me some food, and went to pick it up as stated it would be ready. They called before I got there to let me know I’d have bone-in since they were fresh out of bone-out. Cool.
Upon getting there, nobody had any idea of my order and I had been told several times I’d have to wait for something undefined.
After the last “wait ten minutes”, I asked for a refund. There is nothing more comforting than listening to employees scuffle amongst themselves.
They refused to give me a refund. No actual manager on site. They said they called him and he is refusing to refund me. (An employee let me know the guy calling “the boss” was the manager, funny). I said I’d wait for the real manager to get back.
So after an hour of waiting they find my food.
Then they were trying to push the food on me in place of giving me a refund. Cold food. Awesome. They said the “real manager” was out making a run for stock, but when he had come back, he felt he didn’t have the time to talk to me and left the facility again in search for more stock.
Uncanny a place would put up such a fight over $7.57.
Not a place to do business with for sure. I am leaving without my order and no money. Corporate already knows. Can’t wait to hear from them. Nothing states anywhere “no refunds”. Just a manager, who refused to meet with me, that didn’t feel like giving a refund.

I ordered a pizza & 10 minutes later i got a text saying the delivery driver was on his way to my house. ..... and then an hour and 15 minutes later I started calling the store, They kept saying he was right down the street...I finally just cancelled my order because I didnt want a cold pizza. I was assured that I wouldnt be charged. Which was a lie because I WAS charged. I thought it would simply be a matter of calling the store & letting them know that forgot. Over the course of a month I called 3 or 4 times a week, I spoke to one who took my order and cancelled it, I spoke to the manager, I spoke to the regional manager...each time i was assured my refund was coming. The regional manager was very short with me, as if I was bothering him. This was 2 months ago. The pizza didnt cost that much, but its not the point! I wont just let this go out of principle. They ruined my dinner, charged me for something I didnt get, blew me off when I asked for my money back and repeatedly ignored my continued calls. I may not get my money back, but i will post my review everywhere I can and contact the corporate office and let them know the management of this particular store is stomping all over the Pizza Hut's reputation. If you ever have to get a refund from this location, dont waste your time and go straight to corporate. Read moreWorst Pizza Hut store ever, do not order from the store on Parkwood in Friendswood!! We ordered through the app, tracking said we should expect food between 6:58-7:03 p.m. At 7:12 p.m. the app said the food had been delivered, it had NOT, so I tried to call the store. The first time I called the phone rang approximately 15 times before somebody picked up and then immediately hung up without a word. I called again, rang just as long but this time I was out on hold. After waiting on hold for 6 minutes with no further response my husband called the store from his phone (I continued to hold). They answered his call and when he told them our order did not arrive the girl on the other end responded with, “oh yes, that order has been delivered.” I have now been holding on my phone for 12 minutes. When my husband insisted we did not receive the food we ordered the girl put him on hold to “get the manager.” After several minutes a man was on the phone with my husband insisting our order was on the way in spite of what the tracker said and just then the delivery boy knocked on the door. It was now 7:48 p.m. I answered, still on hold, and showed the delivery boy my phone and that I had now been waiting 17 minutes on hold (not that he can do anything about that). The order he delivered was incomplete and the pizza was cold and dry. We will not use this Pizza Hut location again.
