Well, the place was very clean and empty and I was there during lunch hour and I was kind of shocked that it was empty but after the experience I had I see why customer service is not the best. I was on a call from the hospital because I went there for lunch and it was the doctor and, I was not at the counter I was about four steps away from the counter nobody in the store and the lady kept saying in Spanish first why they didn’t even speak English can I help you? Can I help you? Can I help you while I’m talking on the phone, which is very very rude , and then she told the other lady what I don’t know. I already asked her and she’s just standing there and I got off the phone. I said I’m on the phone that’s why I said I want wheat bread half another lady says we don’t have half here and it’s like OK I said 6 inch is mathematic is correct half of a foot long with the 6 inches would it not but never nevertheless so during the whole thing got to the register phone rang again. It was a nurse I need to get back to the hospital and she’s like to go to go to go and I’m like yes to go. She goes well and tells other lady in Spanish why don’t know what’s wrong with this lady, I keep asking her and she don’t never say nothing, and I’m like yes it’s to go horrible experience. Read moreOrdered through their app. Picked up our sandwiches & checked them. One was missing ALL the veggies & the other was missing most of the veggies. I went back in & told the employee that both sandwiches were incorrect BUT I didn't want them remade, I just wanted all the missing veggies as I had no problem putting them on myself. The employee said "anything missing from the sandwiches is because we are out." This was the following exchange Me: Lettuce? Him: Out Me: Olives? Him: Out Me: Banana peppers? Him: Out Me: Pickles? Him: Out I left & called another Subway down the street, explained what happened & the employee told me they could help us. They kindly gave us all the missing veggies & urged me to complain about our experience. They stated the store has full capability of contacting the customer when they are out of ingredients. I shouldn't have wasted a trip to pick up an incomplete order that wasn't even acknowledged until I checked it & came back in. The fact that they looked at the order, made the sandwiches missing 6 veggies between the two & thought "yeah, this is fine" in ridiculous.

This is not my regular store sanitation floor prep station and seating areas were good. Missing ... May have been just this day but presentation and freshness that feeling you get walking into and know your about to place an order toward a great meal. One kind of bread to choose from ok prep station had several empty containers of fixings others looked in need of refreshing. Sandwich prepping theres a layout order to it right ? I've seen done to many times in the past not there today chips only 3 rows 4 flavors on the rack. Not the best first impressions. The sandwich was good I ate like no tomorrow.
