So I made several attempts try and get my battery replaced here. They told me i shouldn't need an appointment just comenin...well I rode my bicycle from frankford and the toll. And wouldn't ya guess they told me they didn't have the time to run a a diagnostic test on my phone. Which takes like 5 mins or less. And told ne I needed to make an appointment. I had already rode out there like twice before foe this. Once to be told they could take care of me later cause for some reason they didn't have time. For a dang dias test again which is 5 miss or less. Came back when they told me a technician would be there and they weren't there. Only to be told on the 2nd or 3rd time to ride by bike that far that I needed to make an appointment to have a diagnostics test. Then I would need to make another appointment to have it repaired only after I had the battery ordered and delivered. Which they said would take like 2 days at most when in reality it was probably more like a week. So yeah I never got my whine repaired here ended up goin toa batteries plus location since they are partners with them now in repairs. And had i waited on thsi location to do it or have all their stuff in line to fix my phone, by then my phone probably qoukd have died and or blown up froma swollen battery. I literally spent weeks to get no where with this location. And it would have taken literally a month or more to get the whole entire process of fixing my phone done here at this location. As a heads up samsung won't do partial repairs to a phone if it fails the diagnostics text for more than one issue. But when I had gone to the other samsung repair store dome the road from here they ran a test on my phone and said the camera failed...but they didn't bother to clean it so it would work and pass properly. They said they would have if it needed it but they didn't. They lied at the other location. And said they can cause it's liability issue...what? Yall can be allowed and are qualified to repair the intricate internal parts but yall can't clean the camera on the outside of the phone cause ya don't want to be liable for any scratches. If you cant clean the outside of the lens ya don't need to work for samsung. That's like sayin I can fix and run a nuclear plant but I can't change double aa...
Read moreOver the past six months, I’ve purchased two pairs of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The first pair had charging issues right out of the box - it wouldn’t consistently charge, even after hours in the case. Eventually, one earbud completely died. Thinking it was a one-off defect, I bought a second pair… which was even worse. One earbud never charged at all, the case wouldn't show up as an option on my phone, and the other earbud sat around 60% indefinitely. Basically, I’ve been unable to use either set since I bought them. I've had to fall back to my older Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, which have ironically been more reliable than Samsung’s new flagship model.
I finally decided to go through Samsung’s support process to get this resolved. Their website directed me to a local uBreakiFix location, listing it as an approved service option for earbuds. I set up an appointment, drove over, and was immediately told they aren’t authorized to repair these. Total waste of time. I was then told I’d need to go to the Samsung Experience Store in Frisco - a 30+ minute drive from where I live.
Fine. I set a second appointment, this time at the official Samsung store. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in, expecting things to move quickly - especially since there were barely any customers and at least ten employees standing around. Instead, I was pointed to a corner to “wait” with no updates. I stood there for over 20 minutes with employees walking past me, not even acknowledging I existed. Eventually, someone came over just to tell me they couldn’t fix the earbuds either.
So now I’ve made two separate appointments, wasted several hours of my time (plus gas money), and still have two pairs of unusable earbuds. The kicker? These service locations were recommended by Samsung’s own website.
If Samsung can’t - or won’t - service their own products at these locations, then why list them as repair options in the first place? It’s misleading at best and infuriating at worst. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for years, but this entire experience has pushed me to the brink of giving up on the...
Read moreI've always regarded Samsung as being one of the best technological innovations of our time. They stand out very clearly and their name carries the weight of thousands of satisfied customers. I ventured in there just for a brief moment to look for a phone and found myself browsing for about 2 hours. A nice man came up and allowed me to understand a few of the products and why they were so significant and answered my questions exactly the thing I needed. I was happy to know that some of these phones actually have the ability to store 2tb micro SD cards and that I can tell you is a great absolutely perfect idea. That means Samsung is listening to the customer and actually wants to make them happy. I saw the phone I want because it was in fact about two terabytes for the data and and had 200 megapixel camera. I can't tell you how important that was to me. That means if I'm not stupid and managed not to drop this phone that this phone will in fact be the real reason why I will continue to have internet access in the near future. you should go in and try and look at some of the stuff and then decide for yourself if you really want it because I wanted five of those things that I didn't need but I actually found the one thing that I did and it's not a bad price. Now when am I going to buy this phone? That's a good question and if I could do it I would do it today right now and I would then start taking pictures and videos and upload everything and make sure that I was using that phone every single day. I forgot the guy's name who actually helped me but if you guys look at the security camera and find him you should give him a raise because he was a very helpful guy when it comes to getting people to want to come back and buy, buy and buy more. I even want the computer screens on the wall and the TVs which are probably not even on sale and not for sale but I still insisted that I wanted it. I will be back! I'm not calling the Terminator here I'm actually saying I'm...
