Paciugo Gelato Cafe — Restaurant in Frisco

A little over 5.00 for a mini size. I'm not all that sure if it's worth the price or not. The flavor of the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for my taste. They do allow you to taste as many as you like, but I was in a rush. Totally my fault.

The taste is creamy though. I'll give em that. I did notice half of the ice cream was in the sunlight, so it looked like it was somewhat melting. I do think the placement of the establishment was not decided upon that.

Overall I think the price could be fixed, but I know that won't happen in an indoor mall. There's plenty of flavors though....

The mid age man working today at 3PM was rude. I waited in line for an excessive amount of time and then once it was my turn the guy started helping a young cute girl who had just walked up. I asked him to help me because I had been waiting that whole time and he said WHAT DO YOU WANT as if I was inconveniencing the girl who had just walked up for speaking up for myself. Folks -if you can’t afford to put a reasonable amount of ‘ black cherries’ in a gelato you’re calling ‘ black cherry’ and charging almost 8 dollars for 2 small scoops, might be time to move on. I asked the girl if she could add a few cherries to my ‘black cherry gelato’ - and she said “ there are about 4 cherries in there” if she wasn’t serious that might of been funny, instead very pathetic🤯 She said ‘ because they’re expensive, we’ll so was my 2 small scoops of Black Cherry Gelato’ with no Cherries? Straaange...
