Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Frisco

This location has made several mistakes, and I’ve forgiven them without much complaint. One time they only put milk in my kids meals and i didn’t know until we got home and my children had no food. I once waited curbside for an hour after ordering online 30 minutes before going. This most recent visit was just awful. I ordered ahead on the app to pick up through the drive thru. When i arrived the drive through was backed up to Walmart, so i parked by krispy kreme and went inside for pickup. No one knew how to close my order out inside. I spoke with 3 people. I already paid for the food, and showed them the payment that came from my account. The managers insisted that i needed to pay again because they couldn’t close the order out on my end. I’m a single mother with two kids and can’t afford $65 for fast food but i obliged after being told that both payments would not post to my account. We got home, and The Mac and cheese wasn’t even filled half way, and the food was cold after spending 20 minutes inside the store trying to get this figured out. I reached out to cfa cares and they didn’t address the double payment but said i would get a free meal. That never came. By Monday both payments posted to my account. I followed up with cfa cares and never got a response. I called the store and told them what happened and they said they would call me later. That was at 7 am. At 4:30 i physically went to the store and got a refund. The next afternoon they called me back. I never heard back from cfa cares. My wife uses this location weekly for lunch with our elementary school-age daughter. I decided to take her place this week since I am on Spring Break and have lunch with our daughter who loves the chicken nuggets and fries. I ordered online so it would be ready quicker when I arrived... and it was amazingly fast. Of course, the service (from our experience) is always great and friendly. The food itself is also top-notch in comparison to most "Chicken Places" we have frequented, which is saying a lot since we live in Texas! Again, our daughter annihilated the chicken nuggets... and she really doesn't like meat that much! Her favorite thing in the world is fries, and I think she barely touched them until lunch was almost over. I ordered the Chicken Strips meal, and they were GREAT! I am usually very critical of the chicken at most places I order (they are the litmus test for me), but these checked off every category - taste, texture, size, enjoyability... I normally love this Chick fila, but today I am so mad and very 😡 very upset. I am a regular customer. But this doesn't make me very happy, when I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage meal for my mother, with the person taking my order before getting to the window, and when I got to the window to pay for everything the employee at the window told us that ya'll will not have eggs anymore. Why didn't the person taking my order tell me this before ordering, and we wouldn't have ordered nothing here. Which isn't right. Only egg whites, she told me that ya'll had. It really doesn't make since. You are going to loose customers if this is the case. We didn't get anything to eat. Just coffee, and a iced coffee. And we had to go elsewhere to pick up something to eat for breakfast. Not happy. I come her a lot. But, I am considering not returning to this Chick fila. Not good business at all.
