I would like to get everyone attention here.... Please be aware this business is scam Please make sure if you book your event get the documentation ahead of time before you making any payments. I learned it hard way The owner wants the deposit to book your event. And two days later you get the contract and you will find out the deposit is non refundable. I had to cancel my daughter Sweet 16 birthday for family situation. And when call the owner he surprised me and said that deposit I made is not refundable. I will be filling complaint against for doing business for donations. I paid him $250 to book the venue and now he said I the deposit is non refundable. I think he is very needi for my donation to run his business on donations. I am ok to donate him $250 However please pay attention get the contract from him before you pay any advance. I am working with BBB to fix this issue and my attorney is also looking into this situation. My mistake not seeing his reviews where he liyterly insulting his clients. We booked this place for my son’s funeral repass and could NOT have made a worse decision. This owner shows up to our event, started telling people they had to leave, talked very rude and disrespectful to our volunteers and totally upset a difficult situation. We were so disappointed and embarrassed with his antics we left the venue 2 hours prior to our booked time frame. Now not only is he refusing to refund us for the horrible experience and hours not used…he is refusing to return our $250 deposit adding insult to a horrible experience! The Frisco Party Hall Hosted my daughter’s 15th birthday party on December 30th 2016 and it was Amazing. I didn't know that this place existed until I did a quick Google search for party halls and it “Popped Up”. I immediately called the number and spoke with the owner. He was so nice and polite; he truly made our experience enjoyable. All of the kids really enjoyed the party hall and the DJ. This place truly has an awesome turnkey solution for all of your event needs. We need more people friendly facilities in the city of FRISCO, TX like “FRISCO PARTY HALL” that services diverse groups of people with excellence.
