We have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERINCE AT CHICK FILA AT ELDORADO AND TOLLWAY THIS MORNING. We got played and bullied by the whole team. We made mobile order as usual on our phone at 7:45am. Arrived at 7:47am. Got in front of the microphone to order at 7:50am. Said "Hello" 3 times no answer. So, I said louder hoping someone will answer. The lady answered immediately said I scream at her. I told her my name and she said she got it by asked me to stop scream at her. All I said is "hello and I have a mobile order and my name". When we arrived at the window supposed to pick up the food. I told the several men there what happened. The manager asked me to repeat. I told him. The woman who took the order at the back said "she didnt say hello 3 times" . I said "check the viedo" The manager order no apology or anything but asked me to pull up wait for my order. I waited 10 mins while people behind me got their order immediately when they arrived at the window. Obviously they played me and never processed my order. I went inside attempt to talk to the owner and a lady said she is not here. I asked who is the manager and he said he is calling police if I tape record him. Our order was never processed all the time until I went inside at 8:02am. He swipe the card to processed the order while I told him to give me refund. We will NEVER go back to this Chick fila!! I think the owner is the same at the new Chik fila on Tollway and lebanon.
On a side note, I saw this lady who took my order and started this tricks. She has problem long before but I never complain her or say anything. She has extremely long hair to her waist. Several times, she did not even tie up her hair inside the restaurant. I have also have take out order waited early in the morning for 20 mins. She has no customers inside and we still have to wait that long. This same lady was working on-site that day. My kid is allergy to egg and we always order without egg. Read moreI've been going to Preston and 121 for years. Their service has been beyond excellent. I moved and Lebanon and the Tollway is closer (unfortunately). I ordered a chicken biscuit, hash browns, and an unsweetened ice tea. I checked in, and if course waited for almost 10 minutes. The employees didn't even acknowledge my presence or asked if I have been helped. Maybe because they were too busy having a conversation in Spanish. If I was in Mexico, I would understand if the location spoke Spanish, but this is North Texas, and I should expect conversation in English from the front staff. Anyway, I got my order and my tea was sweetened, although it was marked correctly. I thought, easy fix. When Preston does it, I get an apology, and they throw out the drink and give me fresh everything, cup, lid, and straw. At Lebanon, I got attitude telling me that it is marked correct. So, after back and forth, the lady pulled my straw out, handed me the lid, dumped the tea, rinsed the cup, and then gave me the "proper" drink and handed it to me. Nothing said. I couldn't believe it! I thought about speaking to a supervisor, but I figured they wouldn't understand because they all spoke Spanish. If you have the time, drive to Preston and 121. They are the best! I would love to talk to the operator of this location! I've spoken to the operator at 121 all the time and had nothing but excellent remarks for his location. Read moreThis may be the first time I’ve ever written a review. I’ve been going to Chick-fil-A since I was a kid growing up in GA going to the original Chick-fil-A location. I’ve never received penny pinching service like at this location. On the app you can order a maximum of 4 sauces when you order a large 12ct nugget meal with a large fry. At this location you pull up to the drive through window to find two of the wrong sauces in the bag. I asked for Polynesian sauce to replace what was given to me and ask for two additional sauces. I like to use a reasonable amount of sauce with my nuggets and fries. So I wanted the 4 sauces. I was told at the window they can only provide two with a 12 count meal and have to charge for any other sauces. I questioned it not only because I upgraded to a large but on the app you can select 4 sauces and it doesn’t charge you there. So why should I have to pay extra when I arrive to the window to get what I ordered. The what looked like supervisor or manager rolled her eyes and said to the guy trying to charge me just give him one extra but not the other. Umm okay… we’ll safe to say never going to this location again I’d rather drive 10minutes to a different one that actually gives decent service and gives you what you ordered instead of charging you more at the drive...
