How much rude attitude can someone have taking a complaint about the bad Catfish dinner order? Whatever you do, do NOT PATRONIZE Chicken Express 2720 Main St Frisco, TX 75033 and if you do… “DO NOT” order the CATFISH DINNER. It had no flavor, cooked really hard, and dry. Horrible customer service., the GM was awful and rude upon me calling to request a refund, or an order replacement upon my next visit. She refused to give me the district managers name or number, and when I told her I would be calling corporate, she stated, and you will be talking right back to me because I am the franchise owner. I was picking up food for my aunt whom had just had hip surgery, and hadn’t had Chicken Express, so I assumed it would be a good idea to treat her to dinner. Upon arrival to my aunts home we proceeded to open our dinner box. Attempted to eat the Catfish, but it was so horrible I decided to make a call to the restaurant and speak to managment. When I called Chicken Express, I actually had the call on speaker, and to my aunts amazement, she was very much surprised at the rude tone, and snappy attitude of the GM. It was a simple request… Which was to replace the Catfish on another day, not the other items included with the meal. The GM Requested I bring the Catfish back to the restaurant later in the evening in which I explained I was in another city tending to my aunt. The GM failed to have any empathy regarding the matter which I find hard to comprehend, being at the end of our call she kept saying to me “You have a blessed day” I looked up my previous orders via my credit card with this location, and have spent hundreds of dollars, but I will “Never” go back to this location again. #you #lost #a #customer BTW I leave will also leave positive reviews...
Read moreI was visiting family after work, and decided to stop and get a few family meals... ( i live across town and love my local Chicken express).. anyway i guess she didnt not hear what I had ordered ( 15 pc. chicken tender family meals- $22- as it was posted on the windows, and on drive thru and some add ons with drinks) she sarcastically advised they did not have 15 pc gizzard meals.. So I again spoke slow and repeated myself, advised sides, she then asked is that it? She was Very impatient as if they were extreamly busy ( 2 cars in the parking lot abd one car before myself. ) she continued to interupte as I was trying to finish my order, finally I just stopped ordering, advised to let me know when she was done so I can finish ordering. I got to the window paid and waited.. when they gave my food I checked it.. and asked to have honey mustard and bbq sauce..she sighs, slams the window, then opens it and hands me 4.. I then ask for 4 more sauces.. she says " 4 more What?" I advised sauces for the tenders as its a family meal.. and ther are 3 kids .. she didnt advise " unfortunately, or im sorry we would have to charge for anything more after the 1st 4.. or anything remotely close to that.. instead it was ..I GAVE YOU 4 - YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR MORE!!!! With an aggrivated face and rolled her eyes... i advised i had no problem paying for more.. all she had to do was be courteous and advise in a polite manner. If u dislike your minimum wage job... dont take it out on those who provide your salary... eith out us customers... you wouldnt be employed there...Will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION..ohhh and the food... on a scale of 1-10... id say a 2... tasted like it was old grease.. and everything...
Read moreI went into the chicken express with my house mate and unknown to us,they were sprayin for bugs . On top of that , the girl who retrieved our order off the warmer was holding on to the nasty broom she was sweeping with and retrieving our bits of fish and putting then in box. She didn’t wash her hands , and continued to hold onto said broom whilst preparing our order .I asked the young man who took our order about it and he said “ I didn’t do it so it’s not my problem “ I talked to the manager who seemed very confused . The girl who prepared the order had to explain it to him . TWICE ! After I told them multiple times that would not be eating this, they made no attempt to ratify situation . And the young man added “ well , you saw the bug guys walking around so you prob shouldn’t have ordered “ he further went on to say “ we told them to spray after you left but they didn’t “ I for one find the attitude of the young man who took our order not conducive to a company / team mentality and the girl who loaded up the fish into box DID apologize saying “ it won’t happen again “ how does it not happening again work? Right now , I ve got a nasty kettle of fish and chips . No . I won’t eating there ever. If they have this cavalier attitude about their food prep in front and in public what goes on you do not...
