Wanting something sweet on my lunch break I googled cookies near me and Cinnaholic popped up. I had never heard of Cinnaholic but decided to give it a try. As soon as I entered, a young man greeted me with a big smile and a warm and friendly greeting asking me how I was doing and then ask me if I needed any help finding anything just let him know. As I browse at the menu, he gave me suggestions and went over the menu pretty thorough. I narrowed down my choice to a Texas praline cinnamon roll. He did let me know I would not be disappointed. He found out it was my first time being there so he gave me a spoon sample of their vegan edible chocolate chip cookie dough(buss’n). I went to my car and started eating my Texas praline cinnamon roll and when I tell you, that was the best cinnamon roll I have ever eaten in my 37 years of life( NO CAP). The young man that helped me was phenomenal(we need more humans like him). As I stated earlier, the cinnamon roll was spectacular( buss’n). My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely be back to spend my little money PERIOD. And to top it off I did my due diligence and look them up on Google and saw them on shark tank stating that the average cinnamon roll is only 400 and something...

I love Cinnaholic, and have previously only had positive experiences at this location. Today my sister was turned away because she didn't bring her service dog's training papers or documentation of why she needs a service dog. Just a reminder to educate Cinnaholic employees on the laws regarding disabilities. You have permanently lost my sister (who has come in multiple times since opening day) as a customer because of your employees BREAKING THE LAW by turning her away. "According to Texas law and the ADA, your employees may only ask two questions:
Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and
What work or task has the dog been trained to perform.
They cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.
Texas Health and Human Services Commission outlined the rights and responsibilities of people using service animals. The US Justice Department has ADA Guidelines Relating to Service Animals and FAQs about service animals in places...
Read moreWe ordered a gift for a friend that we were supposed to pick up on Saturday. We had a family emergency with one of our dogs as he passed away Friday evening. Picking up this order was not a thought as we were taking care of our baby we'd had for 15 years. About 1:00 yesterday, I called and explained that we would not be able to pick up our order due to a family emergency and would like to pick up on Sunday. The young man said ok, asked for a time on Sunday - I gave him a window of time - he said 1:00 and I agreed. Nothing else was said. This morning I got a call for this bakery informing me that because I called after my "designated pick up time", which I was never told I had to pick up at an exact time, I would have to pay for another new order. No compassion, no understanding, just stating company policy. Plain and simple for them. We were in shock.. Never have we dealt with anyone that would treat a customer this way. I cancelled the order and we will never to business with them. We've done business with bakeries for many, many years and have never been told the order had to be remade and we would have to pay for it again. ...
