I experienced the worst prejudice experience ever at this location today. My order was wrong a week ago I called to let them know. The guy took my name and told me to come back in and he’ll replace the sandwich. I go in today explain to the assistant manager Shannon what happened. She went to the back came back 5 mins later w/ her cell phone and tells me Mario the GM was unaware of the problem and I made the story up and for her to do nothing. First-timer at Firehouse Subs. I downloaded the app before visiting and received a free large drink with the purchase of a sub. After waking in the store, I was instantly greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The cashier was very friendly and kindly walked me through the menu options. I ended up ordering a veggie sub and received my free drink cup after paying for my order. By the time I filled up my cup, my sub was ready and they called my name. These are always my go to places, since I was on the department many years ago, I support the great atmosphere. All the employees were very engaged in their job and treated everyone I saw in the restaurant as a true important customer.
